Met Chariot today who is trying to help this Boost store get a better reputation.He was very aware of past issues with this location & hopes to use his Boost training from Orlando to do just that! I have faith & hope! Chariots on fire!

Great customer service explaining everything in detail. Very clean store. Will recommend to anyone looking into boost or upgrading your phone. And they were actually opened at 12 today (sunday) no waiting for someone to come in like I have at other stores.

Come get your boost on. Appears that this location is finally professionally maintained. The place is kept clean, well stocked, friendly with exceptional customer , shame the center doesn't appear well cared for. Parking lot is more of a speed way and thoroughfare from the pizza delivery folks.

I went on a Sunday for a new phone and got the best customer service from Shena!! She is so awesome at her job and was very kind. Thank you Shena I will tell everyone about you!!

I tried switching at the other Boost stores in the area and they were jerks or just didn't seem interested in getting a new customer. Brittany hooked me up on a new phone and I got 30 gigs of hotspot included on my plan when Metro was charging me $10 for only 10 gigs, which is weak sauce. I love my new Moto! Thanks Brittany, you're the best! 10/10 would come here again :)

As always polite. Very helpful .Took the time to help my husband learn how to backup things on his phone. He is new to the technology. Very friendly young ladies .

The two lovely ladies I encountered had excellent customer service. Any questions I had they had answers for. Honestly i think they deserve a raise. All around good experience.

I go to this location because there is a little Lady their name Rachel without her there I really don't think boost could function she is awesome

Staff always helpful with technical problems this location has Bluetooth speakers high quality you can make payments on such merchandise added to your phone bill monthly
