Wendy's

Weird to leave a review for fast food, right? However, I do have to thank the people that work on the evening shift. I tend to love an off menu item that used to be on the menu. So not many new Wendy employees know about it, however, this one does! There was one gentleman who is newer and wanted to make sure he did it right and took the initiative (and I’m sure curiosity) to ask what it is so that I could have made correctly. The team has been patient with me as I order it and they make it fresh. Trust me, I wanted to have this indulgence (every so often) and it was delicious! Thanks for taking the time to help me out :)

They're short staffed. They can never keep help that they do find. At the end of the day, my food was fresh and the service was great.

Wonderful place and so many people in this group of workers are genuine and caring human beings. I've never felt so much consideration and thoughtfulness being a customer and especially having this experience from a fast food restaurant out of all places shows amazing management and team work!

Monday at 12:04 Major took our order. He was outstanding and here is why: He was very polite. He double checked everything after our order was placed. I have been disappointed with some of the fast food places because service is less than par, but not at this Wendy’s. Food was hot and fresh. Order time and pick up time was very acceptable. The order was accurate. You could tell this employee took pride in his work. The service and the food were exceptional. Kudos to Wendy’s for a job well done! We will be back!!

Every time I come to this Wendy's its always close to closing time since I work at another restaurant. The service I get is always top notch. Friendly employees, and actually good tasting fast food.

As I was approaching the door in a few nights ago an employee who bypassed (assuming) coming out of the restroom turned around and stopped to hold the door for my kids and I with a big smile. The food was also great! Last night, I went back and saw him again so I ask his name so I could leave him a good review for his excellent service, food and hospitality. With another friendly smile he replied “Antonio”. With employees like Antonio, I will continue returning! This young man deserves a raise and/or recognition!

Food and staff during lunch are amazing. Dinner not so much. Always good during lunch rush though.

Went to Cracker Barrel and waited 15 min to never be seated. Came to this Wendy's location instead. Staff was so friendly and prompt. Knowledgeable of the menu ingredients. The best Wendy's I've been to.

Went on Christmas Eve this past year and the drive thru line was long because nothing else was opened and there dine in was closed, understandably as they appeared short staff. We waited awhile but were in no rush and ordered our usual. The employee taking the orders was so sweet and patient. After we ordered our food her mic was still on and we overheard her and her co-worker talking and they were so polite to each other even though you could tell they were rushing/moving really fast. We pulled up to the window and she was even sweeter in person. Got our food correct, fresh, and warm. We were only in town for the weekend but wanted to share how great the drive thru employee was especially working on Christmas Eve with a never ending line.

Probably the best food I've had from a Wendy's in over a decade. The staff was very professional and friendly. The store was probably the cleanest I've ever seen. and the food was absolutely awesome. Hats off to the management for training their staff properly giving customers food that actually looks like what's on the menu instead of something that is throne together by a two-year-old

Food is wendys good but the service is wonderful! The staff ALWAYS have a kind word and a smile. I don't even care if I have to wait, it's worth it because they get it right and are always positive!

I’ve been seeing a few reviews about inconsistencies on what hours they are open. but I’ve gone to this location after a 11 on multiple occasions recently with no problems of them not being open. And I understand sometimes they are short staffed sometimes but they are doing the best they can. The general manager and higher ranks should be to blame about the fact they can’t ever seem to get enough people. Please do not blame the people who are showing up. Food is good always hot. Keep up the good work! I never mind waiting for my food.

I stopped through drive thru today around 1:10pm. The lady on the headset was super sweet, and the pregnant woman in the window was as well. They were super short staffed today and my experience was amazing, and super quick! The food was nice and hot too. Go job ladies keep up the good work!

If you haven't tried Wendy's breakfast you're really missing out! Wendy's used to be the LAST fast food restaurant on my list. But they're breakfast has changed that. When we're talking fast food breakfast, Wendy is my go-to! Don't walk run!

I have never left a review before, but the experience I had at location 25 left such an impact i had to give it a good review! Jenny was super awesome. despite of there being so many cars, the line moved quick. when it came to ordering we didn't feel rushed Jenny was very attentive and patient with us. There were a few technical difficulties but they handled it very well. I was very impressed by this location.

I got a Dave's Double with Cheese. It was warm and delicious. The drive-thru service was great and quick. This was the Wendy's on Hendersonville Road. I had a not so great experience at the one in Biltmore a few weeks ago, though, when the burgers felt as though they had come out of the refrigerator. They were very chilled. They must have been having a bad night though since the time before at the Biltmore location everything was very good. I think I'll stick with the Hendersonville Road location though.

The food was fresh and hot and the lady at the window was really nice it looks like a different Wendy’s

Went through drive thru and order breakfast this morning 11/16/22. Young lady work drive thru window was so accommodate and have a pleasant personality. She definitely deserve a salary increase.

The service was speedy and genial, pleasant. My chicken Asiago sandwich was dry, though beautifully assembled.

Went for fries at my son's request. That's all we got, they were delicious. The reason for even posting was really to highlight the staff. We go just for fries but every time we've been in there's oddly been some employee observed doing something really above and beyond. It may be the manager in me but it's refreshing to witness people doing a really great job and being positive.
