These are by far the best guys around. Most a/c companies just want to sell you a new unit or make a killing on every call. These guy truly care about their customers. Best service anywhere.

Replaced my Split system Air conditioning unit. save me a large amount of money also my power bill lowered about $150 a month because it had higher rate of efficiency. Best company to do business with, quick on installation and helpful tips on using the unit.

Our business and family have used Bama for years and have recommended them to people. I called for 3 months about getting a unit installed on a trailer. I never once rushed or was rude. Stopped getting calls back from him. Finally called me back one morning at 5:45-6 am! Missed him and he left a smart and rude voicemail about how I never answer. I called back a few minutes later to tell him I’d get someone else. While other people at work still use and recommend him, I will never use him or refer people to him again. Maybe it just depends on his mood that day. So, roll the dice and give him a call.

Terrible customer service and they can never answer the phone. They blew the transformer on our unit at their own fault and refused to replace it. I would never recommend anyone use this company ever

Answered the 1st time said to text him on his normal number. I called and texted when he said he would schedule it for the next week and he wouldnt answer or call back. Ended up calling glass glow in Russellville bc he wouldnt get up with me or answer...

We had a tech come out to look at our ac because it was leaking. He automatically accused us of not having a filter on our ac when the filter they had originally out on it when installed was too small and kept getting sucked into it. We replaced the filter to one that sits in top of it but they said it was no longer under warranty because we left it without a filter. The tech was rude and accusatory and kept trying to hound us about it. We will never have them back.
