Kind and very hard working! I came in with a flat tire the other day and the gentleman that worked there was kind enough to help me put my spare tire on! He made sure it was safe to drive and I’m beyond thankful for the AutoZone in Barberton!

Good place for auto parts, very helpful staff. Nice rewards program. Came for battery exchange and some air filters. Had no tools and old core was still in car. The gentleman came out and swapped batteries for me fast and efficient. Free diagnostic scans and printout of error codes. I am pleased with my experience here.

Staff was friendly and the store had what I needed. I have some feedback from lesson I learned after purchasing a bottle of Slime and returned to buy a can of Fix a Flat. Please warn your customers that if their vehicle has air pressure sensors in their car, neither product will work! That's a $35 mistake.

The staff there was amazing! I had to get a battery for my bike and Randy made sure they had it in stock and ready to go! I know I can always count on them!

This particular AutoZone location is fantastic. There is an older lady who works there, she might even be the manager IDK, but she is an amazing asset to that store, she is extremely knowledgeable, the guys who work there were going to her for information or advice indicating that she knows way more then they do. Everyone who works there was extremely professional and very personable as well as knowledgeable. If you need a part to fix your car, they have it, if you need advice or have questions on how to install it or to help you figure it out, this work crew are there to help you, they will even come out with their tools to look at your car and maybe give you a hand in fixing it. Don’t forget to throw whoever comes outside to look at your car a little $ tip, it’s cold out there and they don’t get paid extra to come out to help you. Just saying, that’s all.

I don’t remember names but the lady whom checked us out and the older gentle man who actually helped and knew what we were talking about with our lug nuts! Thanks y’all! You made my trip that much more valuable! The hospitality of the south and the back home country help of the north! Love it!

Always great customer service. Changing the battery in my van right now. Good value on their parts as well. There when you need them without having to wait for a delivery. Kyle W. Is a great helper. They should have more like him.

The guys at this AutoZone were really nice. They did not have the brake pads that I requested so they bumped me up to the nicer ones free of charge and gave me lots of tips and advice and made me feel confident in doing my first ever break job thanks guys.

Thank u Vern and Casey for your kindness and time to change my burnt out headlight and socket! I had no idea how to do this myself and they were very willing to handle it for me. I will definitely return for anything else I need and I totally recommend them! They are definitely a great asset to AutoZone and their customers.

TK is awesome!! He helped me change my break light bulbs and went above and beyond to make sure they worked before I left the parking lot!! You have a valuable employee right there!! Thank you!!

Fortunately I don't have to frequent an Auto Parts store often, but when I do; the Barberton Auto Zone is my choice. I recently visited for new wiper blades, when I asked if I could get new ones installed, a very nice gentleman got what I needed, installed them and I was on my way, superior service. 👍

1/21/22 Amazing customer service by all employees and especially T.K.! They helped me with everything I needed and T.K. even installed my new wiper blades! They are all extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring about their customers & their needs. I will definitely be going here for all my auto needs! There’s no better Auto Zone around! Trust me!
