Panda Express

I go to these a lot. This is my first time do this one foods just as great as all the others but they have better boxes!!!! 🤣🤣💜

I know like most fast food places, customer experience is a mixed bag and I have had not so great experiences at other Panda Expresses but the kids like the food so what can I do... lol. When things go well or people are actually pleasant, it is only fair to share positive experiences as well. We've been to this location a couple of times and I have to say the team has been professional, efficient, communicative and pleasant. Everyone seems to know what they are supposed to do, work well together, food preparation is great (relatively speaking) and the location is clean - things that one cannot take for granted these days. I hope corporate shares positive ratings as well as the less positive ones with the local staff as they were particularly appreciated today.

My son and I visited Panda Express for lunch recently. There was no wait to order, and all the food in the display looked fresh and delicious. Between the two of us we ordered green bean chicken, black pepper chicken, honey sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. We both ordered fried rice as the side dish. The food was all hot and delicious. The vegetables in the entrees were not overcooked and mushy. The counter servers were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and casual. I appreciated that one of their staff was actively at work keeping the tables cleared and the floor clean. I've been to too many counter-service restaurants in which a clean table is difficult to find, but that was not the case at Panda Express. So, our experience at this restaurant was great and I look forward to returning.

Definitely one of the best Panda Express in the area. Dishes are freshly cooked and looked good. Team members work well together and are efficient and fast. They were polite and friendly. We will definitely come back!

So far the best Panda Express that I have been to. The food was fresh and delicious. The people were nice and quick to serve. The tables were not cleaned but it was a nice place.

I went through drive-thru and cashier Belen was so thoughtful and kind she was very helpful, she went above and beyond for me when placing and receiving my order. I absolutely loved her customer service! You don't find many like her anymore.

Great customer service. Like I have not had in a long time. Wish I would have remembered name tags because the two girls running the front had it running. This is the way my wife handles people in her job (market) with attention and respect, and the customers come back all the time. Will go back for the great service, food is good we all know. Remember great food does not gravy over poor service.

Amazing place, always a employee cleaning the tables after customers leave, and as a Ubereats drive I never wait long for the food I'm picking up. If I do wait the employees will offer me a free drink for the wait and I truly appreciate that in these big name businesses. 10/10 always enjoy coming here.

They have a actually large soda love it I mostly just come for the drinks cause we are to busy to eat usually when I'm there

We eat Panda Express back home in Ohio all the time and love it but this restaurant's food was extra good and the restaurant was clean. Service was good. Bathrooms were super clean. And their employees hustled!.

Great staff and excellent customer service. Food is always good and when servings are low they already have some coming quickly to you with friendly service, even in the middle of a rush. Always a pleasant dining experience!

A consistently good place to get some Americanized Asian food. Prices are fair. Most locations are clean and the service is almost almost outstanding. If you haven't been here before then you definitely need to try it out.

This is a really good Panda Express the food was fresh they have a lot of it made it was Friday night and they were having a rush!! But the food was excellent and the employees were very nice!! Great place to go have dinner with your family!! Highly recommend!!

This Panda is one of the best I've been to. All of the food we ordered was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant and bathroom we're immaculate. And the staff was friendly. 5/5 would definitely go again.

Always yummy, fresh and quick food. Very convenient when you live outside of the town proper. Panda is always a welcome change from traditional "fast food." And Orange Chicken is the best.

Do the survey on the back of the receipts. It's good for a free entrée. I usually make my 3rd item the free item and it's the item that cost the most. Like the items that you have to pay extra because it's shrimp or Angus beef. So I make that my free item.

This location is an hour away from my house. It is worth the trip everytime. Most of the time the staff is friendly, but the food is always good.
