Mr Wok

This is my 3rd time eating at this restaurant each time I love it! I haven't had any complaints at all. The food is utterly delicious and seasoned to perfection. I for one and am very picky and particular about my food. I can't help that I like what I like. In most cases that leaves the owners of establishments to say no. Or even refuse my order. I asked for Kung Pao shrimp low mein and a side of shrimp fried rice. The 1st item isn't on the menu but I just have weird taste buds and know what taste good to me. At 1st he was hesitant not knowing if he would get a bad review for the choices I made. But by far this is the best dish I have had in a while. I ordered this months ago and have been thinking about it ever since. So I had to run it back.. Annnnnd baby. They did not disappoint. Thank you for listening to me. The customer and accepting my order and also always being polite and welcoming in ur place of business. Go order yal.. I know you would love it 😍

So I am a Lancaster and have been looking for a place in China and let me tell you this place is the one the food is so fresh and made when you order they have items on the menu that you can’t find out other spots. Customer service was great. I ordered a family package and was well worth it. Plates were served very good. They offer a large variety of items, you won’t be disappointed by far the best place I even had leftovers or chicken chow mein was delicious chop Suey was delicious teriyaki chicken was delicious fried shrimp delicious. This is officially my go to the spot for Chinese and I highly recommend. Met the new owner, and he was great.

Mr Wok as the best Chinese food in Lancaster! I’m from NY so if I say it, it’s true! Get a plate of the General’s Chicken, Shrimp Lo-Mein or even Garlic Chicken. You can never go wrong!

I placed 2 orders. The pepper steak was delicious as well as the other entrees and sides. Caesar helped me recieve a delicious Hot and Sour Soup. Complements to the Chef. Caesar had excellent customer service and satisfaction skills. He deserves a raise!!

They have always had good food have been eating three food for a long time miss their Palmdale store

First off I just want to say that the previous reviews I read were such bs! This place is great! I based ordering my delivery off of the reviews and gave myself a 2 hour window for delivery time. My food was delivered in less then 20 minutes!! The price for the food quality and quantity that you get is so worth it!! Thank you guys for making me and my family dinner!! Loved it!!

So ill do 5 stars for the food. Food was great. The girl on the phone was nice, although it took over 2 hours to be delivered when we were told 1 hour. When we called to check on the food, they havent even left yet, (which was 1.5 hr) so they said they would add extra for the wait, and apologized. We got 2 eggrolls extra, we didnt really want the extra, it was just the wait time, they couldve reached out and called to let us know they were running behind. This happened to us before, but before, it was 2.5 hours. I really like their food, but these wait times suck.

They are awesome customer service is totally out of this world I really appreciate these guys they really helped me out on my delivery and were patient with me as I was ordering and took their time. I hope to experience their service again. WONDERFUL JOB !

I would like to write a nice review about Mr Wok but after eating from there today. Mr Wok went back to serving awful food. Nothing about Mr Wok food is good and that's a shame. Just 6 months ago I had given them a great review but not this time.

I don't know how long Mr wok has been in Lancaster, but I have to say that when it comes to Chinese food, this place is always first in line. I love the Chicken steam rice bowls. I would suggest that everyone who reads this post try it, add a little broccoli to it you gotta eat

UPDATE 5/20/20: FOOD HAS CHANGED, FOR THE WORSE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I had the war wonton soup and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Also ordered the house fried rice and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The shrimp fried rice is great but you have to add extra shrimp so that it is throughout the whole fried shrimp not enough shrimp in it.

The service was cool and the food was to die for as well. I highly recommend

Amazing, my whole family loved it! All my 10 children ate amazing!! Definitely going back.

I've been eating here for 10 years and everything is still surprisingly delicious you can order anything off the menu and enjoy take my word for it thank you Mr wok for always a great meal
