The LEGO® Store St. John's Town Center

Always great presents for my grandson. Make your own Lego people. Yesterday, I filled a box full of Legos that he needed. Loved it!!! Thank you!!!

If you haven't been to this store and you are into building with LEGO or you might be interested; then, you need to GO! This was an awesome experience and I will be back. The only O should have done is taken some pictures of this place. What an experience. Next trip talk in photos.

I'm in my late 30s and have a lot of stress and anxiety. My friend suggested Lego as a way to relax and let me tell you he was right. I've already acquired 5 sets in less than a week. Today was the first time I visited a Lego store and I was able to acquire both of the sets I had my eye on, which were sold out online. Cooper and Luis were able to help me find exactly what I needed and were so kind. I'll be back, you can take that to the Lego Gringott's (bank) 😜

Excellent customer service and super great items to choose from. My son wasn't sure about getting a cup and picking from the wall, but since he got home, he has found so many great was to use the different items he grabbed!

If you are in the town center area you should stop at the Lego store whether you are an adult or have kids. The best and only Lego store in Jacksonville. Everyone that works there is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lego brand speaks for itself. They always have deals going on for VIP members which is free to join and have. The team is always helpful, the experience is always great.

Awesome store! I didn’t buy anything but if I did I would definitely come back. They had a lot of cool lego sets to see and it was even cooler to see some of them already put together. It was really hard for me not to buy a few things here. Cool place to at least check out if you are around or if you want to buy legos of course.

Made me feel like a kid again

We were just shopping around and Ethan was super helpful and engaging with showing us the Mario sets and making our visit very fun!

My daughter and I had a blast here. We made custom figures, built our own car and raced it down a ramp, and looked/discussed the displays.

My kids loved it. They got to make their own Lego characters and overall, it was a fun experience. When we go back to Jacksonville, we will go back to this store.

I came here on Black Friday and the atmosphere was amazing and I got the Avengers Tower set. The sets were decently priced for the type of set and the MOC’s were very cool.

Great lego store! Super nice employees

I love shopping here, and so does the rest of my family. There is great customer service and it’s never way too crowded during most times of the year unless there is a big drop. Many employees have also helped me find a specific set of figures through blind bags and also opened up an entirely new box just to help me find the right ones. Definitely worth shopping at this location.

Lego store is always amazing. The staff are always incredibly friendly and super happy to help with questions. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

What's not to love about Lego? When I went, I saw some Muppet Minifigures and decided I wanted Statler and Waldorf. The thing is, the packs are surprises so you don't know what you are getting. The staff (Kevin and Vaughn) were awesome. They were able to feel the pieces in each pack and tell which character was inside. It was like a party trick! And they got it right. They spent a good deal of time trying to make sure I got the packs I wanted even though they are the cheapest thing in the store.

This is an amazing Lego store! The selection was extremely diverse and inclusive, and all of the staff I interacted with were so nice and made sure I got the best deals and had a wonderful experience!

What a neat place! You don't even have to come in and spend a fortune to have fun. My son got 3 little Lego men for 10 bucks and was over the moon. Maybe one day we'll tackle a big set, but we will definitely be back!!

Friendly Store! Very neat and organized! They had lots of fun displays and I did have an issue, but Shawn, Store Manager was very kind to address my concerns. Love this LEGO STORE for that extra mile he went to acknowledge my issue.

Excellent customer service!! I have gone here a lot and the service has been exceptional, but today was stand out when I bought the Titanic that is in a huge box. They showed me where it was and even brought me a new packaged one. After I bought it I figured I would be carrying the huge box with me, but they said to drive to the store and they would load it in the car for me! So appreciated!!

They had some really cool stuff but were sold out of some things. It was neat to see all the legos.
