Huddle House

Such a great huddle house! We always love coming here. Everything’s super clean smells amazing. Our waitress was energetic, friendly, personable and so fast. Amazing service!! The food was so tasty and delicious. Literally mouth watering. The cooks are so well put together fun and friendly!!! Wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Everything was just perfect!!!

Me and my wife came to the Huddle House for breakfast it was our first time trying Huddle House since we moved here, and it will definitely not be our last as we pulled in the landscaping was so neat and appealing it was very colorful the outside of the restaurant was very clean as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a very warm welcome the inside of the store was very clean the server Brandi suggested our drinks which we got an orange juice and a peach tea that by the way we never had and I must say it was very refreshing Brandi was very polite and on point with the whole service the manager Patsie was cooking our food and it came out hot and delicious the food was cooked to perfection. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were immaculately clean.i must say this was the best experience the staff really went above and beyond to make our experience one we will never forget by the time we left we felt like part of the Huddle House family. We will definitely be back

Wonderful food and service!!! Thank you Devonte for making us a wonderful meal the server was kind and got us what we needed. Do recommend the Buffalo wings we were rushing all day and got in before they closed and they didn't act rude or anything and we ate our meal in peace!!! Again much appreciated!!!

Called in a breakfast order and picked up. The food was excellent and waitresses were nice. Stacie Rae was exceptional!! The only complaint is that it took a little too long but they were slammed. Given that fact, I cannot fault anyone. Place was very clean and had a great atmosphere.

So, I previously wrote about my grievance that I had one of my first experiences at this HH. However, I have since been back there and seen far better service. The atmosphere is drastically better since my previous review, so I deleted it.

First time in a Huddle House. Very pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere was great in that there was no greasy odor. Service was quick and attentive. Food was inexpensive but tasty especially the Philly Cheese Steak omelet!

Crickets omelettes are fluffy and delicious Hayden is an absolute pleasure he was our server and our drinks never ran out the food was amazingly delicious they were on top of things very fast and friendly the absolute best huddle house I have ever been to we were greeted as we walked in and the manager really runs that grill like a beast

Fast friendly service food was delicious the entire staff was amazing Hayden was a great server he kept our drinks full and was very attentive the manager was hands on with everything very clean it was a pleasurable experience will definitely be back

The best food and great service patsie and cricket cooked our food to perfection and Hayden which is a brand new server ( today was his first day by himself) was fast friendly and very well mannered the restaurant was very clean will definitely be back and will ask for Hayden to be our server

The service was pretty good... the food was delicious and nice and hot.
We would be back to visit again.
We still want to know if the can order more work shirts for the real "Huddle House" 😁

Got to have lunch with daughter and grandkids. So it was great. Got in and out easy and had more than enough to eat.

Was one of the greatest experiences. And believe me I've had some bad waitresses. Everything was perfect. Clean clean clean, great food.

My 1st time coming to this Huddle House and my experience was fantastic! I arrived there yesterday night Thursday 8-18-22 and my server was Bethann, and she was working ALL by her self I felt bad but she did it. Beth did an amazing job and she was quick, very polite, and had a great smile. If Beth is working I highly recommend eating there her service is amazing!

Great service great food clean restaurant

Patsie is a wonderful boss, she runs a tight ship but she definitely makes sure her and her employees have fun ! My family eats at the Springfield location often , we usually have Ashleigh as our server . She is absolutely amazing, very polite, fast and funny ! My kids love her ! When we do eat dinner we get Kimberly most of the time she is amazing as well , very funny and super patient and polite as well ! The staffs team work is outstanding! But now that that is out of the way , all though I love coming here the past couple of visits I have been very un Happy because of one of the servers, she is loud , rude , very impatient . She is just not polite at all ! People like her are bad for business.
Ps: the rest of the staff is fantastic
