Did the online pickup and got all of our item correct plus a bunch of free stuff we didn't order. Pretty awesome if you ask me!

They're supposed to have baked chickens from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but you have to make an appointment to get one, and that's if you're lucky. The chickens have never been ready when I've been there and they'll tell me to come back in 20 minutes as though they're going to slaughter and cook the chicken while I wander the store with nothing to do. One time the rather rude lady behind the counter told me to come back at a time that was 50 minutes later, so I ran some other errands in town and came back 55 minutes later only to be told there were no chickens ready, and that I would have to wait. There was a guy already at the counter who had been waiting for 20 minutes, wandering the store, checking back every 10 minutes or so to see if he could get a chicken. You'd think we were trying to get Taylor Swift tickets.

Well, that was the last time. If I want a baked chicken I go to Food Lion just down the road. Their chickens are ready when they say they are.
