Arby's

I have low expectations for most fast food places these days because that's just how the service is anymore. but I must say this Arby's has top-notch service. when I walked in I was greeted by a older bearded gentleman that was super friendly and and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and made exactly the way I ordered it. After I sat down to eat staff came out to the table to make sure everything was great and if I needed anything else. This location is definitely under great management I wish other establishments would learn something from this location. Will definitely be making this a regular stop as I frequently pass through as I travel I71 often for work.

As always, they are amazing. I think, like everywhere else, staff is short however you couldn't tell... they moved everyone alone. Smiles for everyone. Great job!

Excellent Arby's location, fries were perfect, and the jolly man at the drive-thru made the whole experience pleasant.

Mason is awesome! An exceptionally rude woman was berating him for absolutely no reason, and he remained completely professional. He didn't deserve the way she was treating him

This Arby's in Marengo ,Oh is in a Pilot station. Good for a quick stop. My favorite is the Arby's Classic sandwich and crinkle fries!

Mason was awesome and very helpful. Some Karen in front of me held everything up trying make him look foolish because her nasty money was stuck together.

Always have the Ultimate BLT. Do delicious with the pepper bacon. Please please please back the potote cakes.

We love Arby's. The guy that waited on us didn't seem real thrilled to be there. He wasn't very friendly but we were happy to be out and about.

I go here all the time. My wife loves the traditional roast beef with cheese while I always try the new stuff. I'm currently in love with the gyros. Try something new, or stick with the traditions, either way you will receive quality food fast.

There was no dine-in available at this location. I rated it so high because the gentleman at the window was very friendly; he made this purchase memorable. I got the spicy fish sandwich and recommend it for people who like spicy hot. It is a nice twist!

They recently changed their hours so we were there just a few minutes before they closed. Nevertheless, they were happy to serve us, including making fresh fries. The sandwiches were especially tasty. They were out of jalapeño bites but, to be fair, it was posted they were out of some menu items. This was one of our best experiences with any Arby's and will likely stop here again.

Service was great, our cashier was very patient with us while we placed our order. Sandwich was prepared just the way we asked, with fresh ingredients. Salad was very fresh and tasted good. Restrooms were clean and well equipped. I should have rung the bell on the way out!

Because the food is great. Love the different variety of food they have and the price you can't best. And I love the bell and the ideal behind it,if you have never been they have a bell you ring to show that you loved the food but most of all to tell the people behind the counter they did a great job. The young man (Lonnie) working the Drive Thru was awesome. It's 855 pm and had a big order. He is always pleasant and friendly. Order is always right. Thank you so much sir.

My youngest son (13) and I tried the Diablo Dare. We bought two sandwiches each. We liked both sandwiches but thought the crispy chicken was better and spicier (lots of jalapeños). There was a fire minute wait for the chicken to cook but I would rather wait for hot food than get luke-warm food.

Went inside to order out and the staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They even gave me a sample of the gyro sauce with curly fries while I waited on my order. Great people, fresh food and fast! Thank you!!!

One of the best sandwiches. What seemed to be extra cheese is just normal cheese because you normally just get a blob. This sandwich had CHEESE. Bonus was they got it right, I asked for no Arby's sauce and I got NO Arby's sauce. Happy customer.
