Especially the waiter Marvin is a gem. He goes out of his way to make sure that everything you want is exactly the way you want. And brings it to you as quickly as humanly possible.. including refilling your drinks before you ask

My 4 year old and I were treated with soo much respect, compassion and genuine kindness. They showed us true special interest and care like I have never experienced. Possibly because I mentioned it was my daughter's first time in a restaurant, using a gift card from last Christmas.... but it seemed the care they showed us was more part of their nature with actual real compassion for others as equals.

Now looking back at the reciept I am beyond myself realizing I may not have had enough on my 15$ gift card, and how mortified I would've been. 😳 that waitress saved me from a completely embarrassing moment and completely flipped it around 360° and made it into a joyful, magical, love filled blessing and long lasting memory I am very grateful for!!

My husband and I haven’t been to an Applebees in years. While vacationing, we stopped to eat at the Olean, NY location. The host sat us down and told us there was only one server at the moment. We thought it might take a while. The server, Dalton was very professional, polite, and quickly got us our food even though he was waiting on all the tables in our section. He didn’t seem rushed or stressed at all. Did a great job! The food was great too.

Tim was our waiter he was very kind and polite kept checking up on us truly made us feel welcomed I love it foods amazing drinks are even better most definitely coming back

The garlic steak skillet was awesome. All of the food was prepared properly and served hot. The waitress was attentive but didn't hover. Great experience.

Friendly server and super fast service. Food was hot and cooked to order. Fries could’ve been cooked a little longer to my liking but it was a good meal.

All you can eat! Endless shrimp, riblets and boneless wings. Great food! Even better service! Timothy was fantastic, let us pick our seats and kept the all you can eat food coming! Great experience

This is a great Applebee’s. Very clean and very friendly. Our waitress was great with my son. I got the boneless wings and fries. He got pizza and fries. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Food and drinks were great. Tim provided amazing service (as always) and truly made it an exceptional and enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

Steph was wonder and on point tonight. My family enjoyed their meals that were cooked to perfection. Had the strawberry coconut frozen margaritas..o.g so good

Great service for our server Tim. Tim made sure each item we received was excellent and to our liking. One of the most friendliest people I have met. I feel like I have known Tim my whole life. As usual the service was amazing Chris was our server and continued to check in on us almost every time he walked by. The food was delicious and we were taken care of in a timely fashion unlike the one in Blasdell. Can't wait to go back.

Service was great did not wait long for drinks or food. Server was polite and checked on us just the right amount of times not to often but we didnt have to try and get his attention.

We had a great experience today! Tim was excellent. He stayed on top of our drinks and checked on us frequently. He was friendly and very well mannered! I highly recommend coming here and getting Tim as your server!

Tim was our waiter and he is fantastic! Super attentive to all his tables and so pleasant. He asked if we would like our young daughter’s food our first, which as any parent knows, really helps if they are occupied fast! Great job and we always feel lucky when we are seated in your area!
