Not sure what’s up with these reviews. I sell on eBay and bring multiple packages daily. I have always had an amazing experience here. Made it my goto. Send mail with confidence here!

The lady over there is a nice person, even you have big amount of packages, she will smile to service you.
And also their business hour is good, that I can mail my stuff after work!

Have been having an issue with the mail & package delivery at my place of work. I called and was able to talk to a weekend supervisor. She took the time to listen to me, was appalled by the experience I relayed to her and vowed to speak with the weekend carriers. I'm leaving this review because all too often all you hear are negatives, and not enough of the positive. We all need a little boost, especially now when the labor shortage is so prevalent and we are all dealing the stress it brings. Thank you for trying to help! I appreciate it.

Enjoy coming here and have not had any issues with the staff or mail issues.... So today on a Saturday morning the place was packed in fear of the snow storm coming.... and they only had one person on the desk... Carol! I have to say, she was great in trying to get us out quickly, and making sure that we had correct information on our issues. You Rock Carol, it was also nice that the crowd used patience and didn't complain...

I saw other people had much worst experiences than I did. I went Monday at 11:30am and had the best usps experience of my life. Proper mask wearing and 3 kind employees who were nothing but helpful and informative. Normally I dread going to usps but Bernard and the other employees made this a wonderful experience!

We have some great USPS offices in the area. This is one of my favorite. I ship a few times a week for work, so I frequent them often. Great staff! Efficient, effective, and will point out any issues or shipping options.

Why sooooo many negative reviews for every USPS post office?? Seems fishy to me!! I've been to this location a handful of times in the past few years and never had a problem. I was just there yesterday w/my two young children in tow and I had very pleasant interactions with two employees there- one checked out a card for me and the other lady was extremely helpful with directing me to the right sized box I needed for my package and then even put it in the box for me AND taped my shipping label on for me!! SO helpful!! I am extremely appreciative of their friendliness and willingness to help. So I will definitely be back again & again.

I'm thinking all of the MANY negative reviews for EVERY USPS location on here are posted by either Fedex/another postal competitor or by disgruntled/fired former employees.

After reading all the bad reviews I thought I was not going to have a good experience. I called in regarding an issue with a package and after going through automated phone menu someone picked up the phone and helped me out with the issue. He was very good at explaining what happened and was able to get the issue corrected for me. Thank you!!

The staff here is always so patient and kind. They always make my day!

Very nice staff, especially Carol. I don't usually mail things so their helpfulness was very appreciated.

Its a busy place but the people always have been nice or at least reasonable to me.
