Dr Nguyen is the best neurologist in Huntsville and actually the best neurologist I've ever had. He takes time with his patients and listens to your concerns. You are able to message with through a secure portal and he responds very quickly.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Nguyen. I have gone through their online portal and usually have had a same day response. The front office staff has been friendly and easy to work with. Great doctor, and would recommend.

This review is solely regarding the front office. Dr Nguyen is fantastic. The office is unresponsive to patients. They don't answer the phone. Good luck getting someone on the phone. I hate to lose a good doctor based solely on front office management. If you don't mind unresponsiveness and a hassle getting anyone on the phone, this is your guy. As far me, if they drop the ball routinely and fail to communicate with the patient, I don't want to bother anymore. Again, very pleased with the doctor. Office Management is where the problem arises
