My Son and Daughter went to a few dealership and were being hit with a very large down payment and my daughter was losing hope on getting approved for a vehicle. I called Hector but unfortunately was Busy but told me to call Daniel Delgado so i did. We went to Delano Chevy and Danny who helped show a few vehicles to my daughter with Pure Professionalism and Patience made my Daughter and Sons feel like Family. 7/7/24 Sunday, drove 3 hrs 45 mins from the SF Bay Area to the dealership. When I arrived Jose Cornejo and His Sales Mgr Juan, along with Norma Mendoza Finance Mgr we're waiting for me with Smiles 😃. We had done all the paperwork via phone 📱. It look less than 10 mins to sign and drive away with my New 2024 GMC Canyon. I'm so Amazed by their Professionalism and Great Customer Service. They all stayed almost 3 hours to Welcome me into the GMC Family like 👍🏻 my Dad. Thanks Delano GMC TEAM, a small town atmosphere w/ a Great Big ❤.

My service professional in Delano was Frank, I believe. He asked if I would like to use my Chevy/GMC points on my phone and he got me right in. When my car was fully serviced including oil change, tire rotation and a replacement bulb in the overhead middle of the car, I paid less than $10. for everything. I was floored and so appreciative of Frank!

My husband and I were on a road trip in my 2021 Buick Envison when my back window fell down. We pulled over and tried to get the inside of the door open and weren't able to. So we pulled into this dealership not long before they were closing. Luckily enough the extremely kind and helpful staff were able to temporarily zip tie up my window so we were able to continue on our road trip. We were so grateful for them! So major shout out to the folks working at this dealership. Thank you!

The buying process was so easy. Danny was super helpful. He answered all the questions I had. Norma at finance made the process of signing the contract smooth. She knows what she’s is doing. I would definitely recommend both Norma and Danny.
