Jack in the Box

Stopped by Easter Sunday with a big order. I’ve never had good experiences at jack in the box but tonight I did. Trey did a great job and was VERY polite. Trey definitely deserves recognition!

I stopped in the Clute,Tx Dixie Dr location by the Walgreens to grab a quick "something". I had errands to run and I'd been in a hurry so skipped breakfast at home. That wasnt smart because now my sugar had dropped and I was shaky. Told the smiling young man behind the counter man behind just take a small fry which variety of regular or curly didnt matter, to please just make it whichever was hottest. I didn't want to eat big meal and ruin my appetite for dinner so fries would be enough. meal. I guess I looked kind of shaky and pale because he shoved some fries into a bag, handed it to me telling me to sit down and eat. I started to pull out my wallet to pay, explaining that my order hadn't been totaled up yet. I wish I'd gotten the young mans name because he was so kind, telling me eat first and pay afterwards. I couldn't have run if i had to because I was so shaky and the fries did their trick, thank goodness. You don't see that type of thoughtfulness around these days especially in the food service area. The store counter, the floor and, the benches for seating were all clean. The fries were hot and a perfect shade of gold.

Great service and food all ways taste fresh when I go.

Yooo these folks are awesome over here. Jack in the box in freeport let me down, I haven't been to the one in lake jackson since they let me down. But this one always good customer service!

I screwed up my order over the intercom, explained it to the guy in the drive thru and he fixed it up even though it was no fault of his own!

As I've said in reviews of other jack in the box in the area, this the only one worth going to.

The bathroom was not cleaned, and it took 20 min just to get our food, and we were the only ones

The employee who took my order was so kind and made you feel welcome. She was very pleasant. My order was fresh and hot and the drive through moved quickly. I will be going back for sure.

The older gentleman yesterday morning, and the younger man from this morning 9amish. Absolutely loved the customer service they went above and beyond. Old school made my morning, start of amazing just the motivation in his voice and his positivity. Super refreshing!!!!!

I usually don't write ratings but today I have to. My experience today was the best I've had at this Jack in the Box in a while. The man at the drive through was so friendly and professional and the food was hot and fresh.

The young man working here went out of his way to make special tacos for me with bacon and ranch simply because I sounded disappointed at the drive-thru ordering station about them being out of monster taco shells-I didn't ask him to do it,he showed EXCELLENT customer service skills and was very nice and polite. He definitely deserves a raise!

A great jack in the box. The morning front lady, "Freckles", is a joy to talk to. Very nice atmosphere. Clean place to have lunch. My go to for a quick bite in Clute. I'll definitely be back soon.

Great service and great food

Always good and fresh food. More importantly the young woman (Freckles) that works there is always in a great mood, very sweet, and a very hard worker. She deserves a raise.

Omg! Tacos to die for. And they give you 2!!! Chicken sandwich is off the hook. Jumbo Jack is rockin and rollin. Curly Friiieeeessss WHAAAT!!!! Of course im gonna mix buttermilk and ketchup. They open All Daaaaaaayyyyyy! I dont ever gotta cook if they got jr. Bacon cheese. Potato Wedgez on my mind. Extra sour cream dream.

Came by to get breakfast this morning, the customer service was beyond amazing lewauna gave us 5 star service. Thank you for making our morning brighter.
