This is the best bait shop, boat ramp, and pro shop around! Mark the owner is a great guy too! I blew the tire on my boat trailer today and he came out and lent me some tools and made sure I was good to go! Heck of a good place and great people working there!!

Nice stop for fuel, snacks & bait. Restrooms are pretty clean (for a bait shop). Fish cleaning station and very nice Pavillion for events. Boat launch is great.

Very friendly folks. This is a great local bait shop, with a boat ramp and gas pumps available. They sell live and dead bait. They have a small convenience store and tackle shop as well. There are boat stalls and cabins for rent. I am sure I will be back there before I go back to Thailand. I will see if I can arrange to make some pictures. We have stayed in one of the cabins before and it was really nice and fully furnished will all of the accessories.

Perfect place to get together for a Celebration of Lives. Large air ducks blowing AC, into the open Pavillion. Room for plenty of tables, a live band & dance floor. Highly recommend!

We love Bastrop Marina. The people are always so friendly and helpful. We store our boat in dry storage for a great price. The location is great! While it is off the beaten path, by boat you can be in Galveston Bay in about 20 minutes. The Marina has always had just what I was looking for, even hair bands on a desperate day!

AMAZING! I have been going to Marinas for over 50 years, all over the Country! Honestly, this is the Cleanest, Best Stocked, Best Stocked store, Awesome Guides, beautifully kept Clean grounds, even amazing fish cleaning stations! Best Marina I have EVER been to!

Staff were very friendly and kind. Had a little issue with my boat. I got out of the main channel and my prop hit something. I have an aluminum prop. It took a chunk out of it. I give them an excellent rating. Very welcoming and informative.

Have so many amenities and great prices on the storage units. Everyone there was extremely friendly and ready to help u.

So, this is not going to be the typical experience, but as it was mine I'll leave the review based on that. I got there early, put my boat down the ramp, cranked it and a loud bang followed and the motor seized. Took it out off the water and the guy behind the counter at the marina told me to bring it around the side. I did so and he took out tools and started to remove my lower assembly because it was either going to be a bent shaft or something more serious. Lower assembly removed and shaft is straight, he puts it all back together. Well I was there with two coworkers and we don't get a lot of time off of work so we asked him if he knew of any guides that could take out three people with no notice. He started calling around and found a guide that was available.
One other thing to point out is that this marina has a car wash in the back so you can wash your body when done fishing. All marinas should have this.

There live shrimp combined with there premium salt water will keep your bait alive all day long and keep them strong. I have a roller cooler with 2 bubble boxes. It works well. The services there are top notch. See you there most every Saturday morning.

Nice little marina. $5 boat ramp fee. Single public restroom. Convenience store and bait shop. Friendly service and gas pump at the dock for boats.

The area is beautiful and quite. We have recently purchased a home there. I will have to post again as I learn more about it.
