The McDonald's in Toronto,Ohio always serve their food hot and in a timely manner

Been going to the Toronto McDonald's for a long time, can remember going there when I was a kid and I'm 33 now. I've never had a bad experience here, food has always been hot and fresh, and they're quick. Just a few times I've had to pull off to the side because of how busy it was and had to wait a bit longer than I expected once or twice, but they're usually on it fast. Years ago I do remember that my order was wrong and I took it back, only to overhear the manager talking bad about me, which resulted in a few choice words from me to her. Well, she isn't there anymore and hopefully she was fired in spectacular fashion, she sure deserved it. All I know is that the company sent me a ton of coupons for free food when I told them what had happened. As I said, that was years ago and doesn't relate to the current state of the place. Everything is always great when I swing through for some fast food. Toronto doesn't have any other fast food places, so it's either this place or gas station food, and I'd rather have a good, hot meal than anything at one of the handful of gas stations in town

This little McDonald's is a throw back to the past. It was good all the way around. It's a total of 6 parking spaces long and 4 parking spaces wide.

Best McDonald’s customer service I’ve seen in years, Checked my bag for sauces, napkins, reviewed my receipt... I haven’t seen a fast food restaurant do that in years.
Even though the building is a bit old, I love that it still has a classic McDonald’s feel. Nostalgia is wholesome these days.

Good for fast food but i think they need more staff was in line for 20mins only had one person up front

The girl in the drive thru was surprisingly hot af. Also note this drive thru is not acid friendly something with there speaker system... The girls always ask me to repeat myself. Not sure if it's the acid or there mic system. Also I feel a dollar for a medium iced coffee is still robbery.

I have to say this is my favorite McDonald's in the area! Customer service is great, the drive thru is much quicker than other stores, I always get what I order, employees are friendly and clean, and your food is hot and consistent!! This is the only McDonald's I can order a biscuit sandwich and the biscuit is edible- the other places are hard. Your biscuits are warm, soft, and delicious! Thank you! Keep up the excellent work!!!! Today it was on point! The management was in there running things smoothly my food was hot and fast.

Best mcdonalds! Food is always hot and on point! We were just there and had to wait for our food but when they brought it out they apologized profusely and explained that they made the chicken fresh and made new fries because the ones they had were old. We didn't mind waiting and it was definitely worth it!! Crew is always cheerful!

The lady in the little shack outside was very friendly!!! I'm not sure what she is doing in there but her puppy, McRib was so cute. Lol funny name!!!! Ha ha

It's wierd they let the dog inside the restaurant, thou. I saw it eating fries off the ground by the fryer. Woof!

The crew did great this morning got my order correct and it was nice to see they got a nice morning crew in who kept calm and kicked butt during breakfast rush.

The food at this McDonald's was actually pretty good. Service was awesome. Wish all of them were this way

Staff was super friendly and gave my son a toy who was nervous about his eye appointment. Will definitely come back again.

Nice clean place and the food is good and alot of the times fuel is cheaper 2.45 a gallon today 7-21-2019. Employees are friendly also

Only stopped in once while traveling, had my order in lees than 5 mins, it was fresh which was what honestly surprised me, and I was traveling so I asked how to get where I was going and the worker I talked to was very helpful.

The employees here are so nice its modern and beautiful and service is grate I went here my whole life and dont regret it at all!❤❤

I maybe go to McDonald's once a year... The food and service here were both very good. I'm very satisfied with my annual visit to a McDonald's.
