This location does an amazing job at getting your drinks right as well as always having fresh food items ready to go or made to order! Highly recommend

It's getting back to more stability but coffee isn't always stirred.

I usually stop for lunch if I'm crunched on time. Service is fast and the kids working are very nice. The Carmel craze iced coffee is very good. If you like sweet I'd give it a try.

Long line but moves fast. Lady at the speaker is always super polite. Never an issue with my order.

Pretty sure her name is Beth Ann she literally makes our day. I drive far just to go to this Dunkin every morning. The other Dunkin’s have rude staff and you can tell they hate there jobs. Anytime before 3pm my order is always perfect. Afternoons I always have to take a sip of my signature iced coffee to make sure it’s right. And I do have to frequently go back inside to get it remade. But they aren’t rude about it like most Dunkin’s. I’m telling you this Dunkin in early morning is the best and worth driving out of the way for !!! BETH ANN needs a raise . I bet most people’s days start off good because of her personality!!

The Cortland Dunkin is, without a doubt, my favorite in the area (definitely in Trumbull County)! Other than if I'm lazy and go through the drive thru, extremely rare I have to wait. Only experienced one wrong order out of HUNDREDS. Seems like best mixes too as when I get "my coffee" at other locations, it's not as up to par as I'd hope.

The staff here are usually super friendly (night crews are always a bit rough around the edges) and the food is, well, dunkin donuts. It's good, but the best food you're going to get is the doughnuts. Oh, and those bagel bites are to die for. Never had a wrong order, and they always serve with a smile!

It's such a cute little Dunkin. I love the fireplace hang out they have the most. I would definitely hang out here and have some coffee and doughnuts.

Always a solid choice for a morning breakfast stop on my way to work. Always good coffee and the sandwiches are cooked all the way through unlike their green competitors down the road

Decided I hadn't had enough coffee yet and stopped by. The staff was super friendly, especially Sherrie! I got the egg white flatbread sandwich and it was great, fresh and hot. The dark roast coffee wasn't as strong as I would like, but it was decent.

Fabulous coffee, people who work there are GREAT!!! Especially on afternoon turn, all I do is have to start my order and they know it's me. They make me feel like a valued customer. Not just "another" customer. Thanks kids you know who you are :)

One of the few places in the town open 24/7, and it deserves a good rating just for that. In my opinion it's a staple location in town.
Items are slightly more expensive for the amount than other chains but are good.

Love Dunkin coffee, service at window was good.
