There's a review saying that there's a camera on the TV's.... That is not true because that is a Sensor for the Remote for Direct TV, if that is Disconnected then you will not be able to change the channels on the Direct TV box lmao!!!! And for the water leak it was fixed, a pipe broke from the room next to it and the owner immediately shut the water off until it was fixed!!!! And where the AC'S are they sit in a Window and the cords run out the back and plug in an outlet outside of it and yes the windows are covered up closely with Drywall !!!! And the place is Bug Free , the Owner makes sure of that!!!!

Customer service is very excellent. I found this place when my car broke down and they offered to help with room and service. The owner and the workers are great here. You will enjoy your stay.

They are really good ppl and old places like this are being forgotten and why? Because a nicer fancier hotel is up the road for 40$ or more even? When the hospitality is horrible at those places but the places like this are where you find down to earth honest laid BK ppl.
So if you want to pay more go for it but I'd rather be in a place where I know if I need something they will be right there to lend a hand. It's more than a hotel. They are kinda like family. A family that will give you a free room to start a few nights in if you run into hard times and won't bat an eye about it. That's the old way that's the right way, that should still be everyone's way

Mr Sam. Showed us the first room, and I couldn't have been more pleased. He's very patient and kind. Hotel is very maintained, rooms r dusty free. Very nice I recommend the budget inn very quiet

Cheapest in town..has WiFi...does not have breakfast. Plenty of parking. Reasonable rates.

A Great place to Rest your head or a quick Romp between the Sheets. Needs Hourly Rates and a Bar Close by.
