If I could give negative stars I would. I experienced an issue where I was driving by the crew. They drove over a driveway and kicked up a stone. It hit my driver side windows and caused chips in the windows. At this time I had my car for less than a week. I was told that a claim would be submitted, but when we called to request more information we were met with a nasty attitude. Not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge they did something wrong. I created a claim with my insurance company, but due to the negativity we experienced I would not recommend this company.

Initially they were great. This past year they cancelled for no reason and with no notice. I had to scramble to find an new service. This is not the way to treat loyal customers.

Poor customer service. Expects people to never be in their yard or have stuff in the yard on the off chance they come that day. Won’t bother to get off their mower and pick up a stick or two and chooses instead to just not mow whole sections of the yard. Do not recommend.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered don't not recommend. Generally not a very good job done either
