Not Just Noodle

Wish I could give this more than five stars. Genuinely the best noodles I’ve ever had and I eat noodles a lot. The soupy pork dumplings are also soooo good!! Everyone was super friendly as well. Wish I lived closer because I would come here everyday.

My cousin and I went here for the first time. When we arrived, it was completely empty, so we were seated and taken care of immediately.

We got an order of fried crab rangoons as an appetizer, and we both got an order of beef stir-fried hand pulled noodles. Both orders were out within 5 minutes, tops. We were astounded at how quickly everything came out.

The crab rangoons were incredibly creamy. The wrapping was crisp and thick, and the filling was rich and delicious.

The beef noodles were very rich, with a very distinct umami flavor taking over them. They were super good. I used added some sweet and sour sauce to balance the saltiness of the dish. My cousin added some chili oil to it. We both enjoyed the dish very much.

Overall a great spot! Will definitely be back!

The best noodle experience I’ve had in metro Detroit. Everything is made incredibly well. Started with the green onion pie with beef & cucumber salad. The noodles are wonderful. Spicy crawfish soup & stir fried shrimp noodles are exceptional. The pan fried dumplings came out last, but they were my favorite part of the meal.

Everything I’ve tried from Not Just Noodle has been exceptional. When dining in, the service is shockingly fast and everyone working there is so friendly. Portions are MASSIVE and everything is freshly made and served super hot.

First experience: The hand pulled noodles were very tasty. The beef and vegetables also fit the meal very well. Personally, the soup could’ve been more flavorful but that’s on me for not adding more side additions like egg. The grilled pork and meat pie appetizers were great too. Will come back to try more.

Absolute delight. Quiet but busy atmosphere. Took my child for lunch, he was enthusiastic about the hand made noodles in the stir-fry. Portion sizes are generous and although my teen consumed every bite I had leftovers, and was warned the pork buns would not survive the night. It was a privilege to dine here, this may be the first time I've been to an eatery where they cook for their palate and not the general American one. I was definitely a "guest," and it was a delight.

This place serves some OG delicious Chinese food. I've lived in SF/Bay Area for about a decade and I was so surprised that a restaurant in Michigan has hand pulled noodles that rival some of the tastiest spots in the bay. Excellent little spot to stumble upon! Clean environment with attentive and kind staff. Wish only the best for this business.

Loved their food. It is authentic, fresh and provide good portion. Can't go wrong with beef noddle soup and some dumplings. I like them boiled, taste healthier.
I have to say Kung Fu noodles nearby has better noddles but they don't have dumplings if I remember correctly.
Don't waste your money on other gross American Chinese places.

I will be back again. I loved the crawfish spicy noodles so much. We also had the beef and shrimp pulled noodles. Service is great and honestly I’ve had my opinion changed on Chinese cuisine cause this is definitely amazing. Everything is perfectly flavored. You won’t be disappointed!!

10/10: Amazing authentic Chinese cuisine! We got the Tomato Beef Sirloin Rice Bowl and the signature beef hand pulling noodles. I’ve heard many great things about this restaurant so I couldn’t wait to try it! The service was impeccable as we got to sit immediately and our food came out really fast! Fast service, delicious homemade food, served hot! The food made me feel like I was eating something my mom made me when I was a kid, very nostalgic and so so tasty!

If you like noodles or authentic Chinese food, this place is a must try! On top of it, the prices are very reasonable and not too expensive for the quality of food! Can’t wait to be back to try more!

This place just opened and I must say the food is very very good. Hand pulled noodles is not common here in Michigan by any Chinese restaurants and they seem to do a great job! The beef is local and the flour for the noodles comes from New York. The owner is very enthusiastic and is always experimenting with his culinary craft. I really enjoyed the beef rolling pancake, hand pulled noodles with beef and the crawfish over hand pulled noodles.The eggie itself is very yummy too. Look at the pictures displayed and you can taste see how fresh their ingredients are. You will not be disappointed!

Fried beef noodles dish was on point and will be ordering many many times .. the regular soup style beef ramen was also delicious, just not as flavorful as the fried noodle version. I recommend that ..

I normally don't write restaurant reviews, but I definitely wanted to share the fantastic experience we had at Not Just Noodle today. My daughter and I are trying to try a new restaurant every week and I'm so glad we picked this place for this weeks adventure. What a cute restaurant with a really good vibe. First, it was very clean and we were greeted immediately with a friendly hello. We ordered four items and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh and a good value as well. I can't wait to return and try something new on the menu. The service was fast and friendly as well. I highly recommend, especially for a quick lunch.

This place feels like you are walking in for some of mamas fresh homemade noodles, and that's exactly what you are getting! The food is delicious, I went with a beef stir fry with some fresh homemade noodles you can see them make them through the kitchen. Also got a side of the steamed pork - carrot dumplings off a recommendation from staff, and was not disappointed! They were sweet and savory with what appeared to be a perfectly made homemade sauce to pair. I will say the beef isn't the expensive kind, but it certainly does not disappoint, especially for the price! I'd be interested in a higher tier steak option if it is available even for a higher price. The place is very clean and has a relaxed vibe with properly spaced seating. Definitely will become a regular

I loved every thing about this noodle house, but two things really stood out to me.

1. The noodles
They are house made and the kitchen is open so you can watch. I ordered the ramen with honey ribs. The texture of the noodles was so satisfying and the broth was so complex and flavorful. YUMMY!!

2. The chili oil
It is flecked with garlic, red pepper flakes, and possibly other unknown goodness. Each table has three types of oil to add to dishes. My daughter ordered the spicy sour oily noodles. The oil was so good with the fresh noodles, veggies, and cilantro. DELICIOUS!

Both dishes were one chili spice and had a mild but popping spice level. The honey ribs were so tender and filled with flavor, we ordered more to go. We couldn't stop raving about how good everything was. I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is so calm and gorgeous. Our waiter was prompt, kind, and explained the dishes to us. My sons got to watch the chef while he was hand pulling the noodles which created an interactive dining experience for them. We had the mapo tofu rice bowl and the chicken hand pulling noodles. Both were soooooo flavorful and delicious. Also, get the Eggie Itself appetizer. The sauce on it is amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Everything was so good! The noodles are what I expected of hand pulled noodles - bouncy and chewy. Definitely recommend the cucumbers and the pancake with beef and crawfish!

The noodles were fresh and had a great texture, but my favorite was the beef broth. It had so much flavor compared to other places I've tried. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

The staff is so friendly and the food is so delicious! We had the shrimp stir fry hand pulled noodles and the signature beef soup hand pulled noodles and they were both delicious! We will definitely be coming again!
