Nice entrance ramp that is under a roof and the door opens on its own, when you get close. Lovely receptionist. There is also a Sports Therapy clinic on the premises. This doctor did my back surgery, 2 joint replacement s, and other issues. All surgeries turned out great and therapy on the same flooh

A very unique environment with a very lovely receptionist and the doctor was extremely caring , knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Shawn and the other therapists are amazing. In particular, Shawn’s knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to go above & beyond are absolutely stellar! Thank you so very much. We won’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone!

Dr.Hergenroeder orthopedics and his staff are the best they listen they care they are compassionate he replaced my knee and took care of me he's the best the physical therapists are amazing if you do what they say and listen to them take their advice your recovery will be amazing !

I really enjoy having Shawn as my physical therapy training. I could just talk to him like a friend. He also knew what he was doing. Great job!

He might have long wait time but the wait was worth it! He listens and i now walk pain free!!! Two hip replacements later. Thank you

Rude,arrogant and dismisses anything you have to say..He is so against overweight people. I told him right where to fly.

Check about insurance! Made an appointment and to find out they don’t take my secondary and got a bill. Lady said she told me but in fact didn’t! Mentioned the older receptionist didn’t tell me either when I was checking in. Got told she was just helping out. Trying to charge for an X-ray that they didn’t get from ACMC like they said would! Should have walked out after waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Worst practice go somewhere else!

Very arrogant and judgmental, discriminates heavy people. I was told at my visit that I need a knee replacement but he won’t do it because I’m overweight. He told me to stop eating, I tried to explain to him that I have been on a diet and I only really eat once a day and he said “ so you eat the whole cow in one meal”. He is a very rude man! I left that office in tears. I will never go back there again. Doctor’s should not talk to their patients like this, Iam so disappointed with this visit. Will be looking for another Dr.

Always kept me waiting up to 2 hours. Came to him for hip pain and was told it was from my back. After back surgery, in worse shape. Hip pain still there and now I have permanent post-opertive nerve damage of L5-S1. Right leg from knee down is numb. Neurologist says that I have to change my life style because nothing can be done to correct the nerve damage.

Too much to say Run don’t walk away from Arrogant and doesn’t listen leaving you with infection and in ability to walk again.

Runs 3-4 behind.
