Did online ordering and our food & drinks were ready when we arrived. Staff was friendly and store looked organized. The spring time lavender oat latte was perfect. The egg bites are way better than I thought they would be. A Starbucks stop always hits the spot.

Chase (Chaisson) and Santina both greeted me and Chase took my order. My drink orders were swiftly prepared and correct; both Chase and Santina were welcoming & professional. These two Starbucks "partners" made my first visit to this location (my first visit to a Starbucks in Winston-Salem NC!) a great experience. Thank you, Chaisson and Santina! I shall definitely be returning, soon!

Luthien was so kind and gracious to make up drinks that I accidentally ordered mobile but in Kernersville. Luthien encouraged me to call them too to let them know. It all worked out.

As a self-proclaimed Starbucks connoisseur, this location is in my top 3 favorite locations. There isn’t a drive thru (which is normally a deal breaker to me), but it’s honestly quicker to pop in & out, especially if you did a mobile order ahead of time. I only live 3 min away and my mobile order is always ready when I arrive. Orders have always been accurate and delicious. Interior looks clean and exterior is cozy. Thanks so much for all y’all do!

Honestly I think Starbucks gets a bad reputation. I find the drink varieties to be unrivaled. If you want it, you can get it. I don't even really like coffee but it has such a variety of other drinks that I honestly often prefer going here. Lemon pound cake is legendary, obviously. But if there's one thing that I love about this Starbucks is the staff. The nicest, most talented people work here. They make the experience exceptional and something you can't just get at just any place. Whatever they're paying y'all isn't enough.

Quieter location. Good for sitting and studying.

My colleague and I stopped into this Starbucks while in town for a meeting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the middle of the afternoon and we were hesitant to have too much caffeine. The walked us through the process of choosing the right drink. We each need up trying something new and loving it!

I love good coffee and friendly service. I have never had any problems at Starbucks. I don't think the coffee is overpriced. I don't go everyday. But, when I want to treat myself to a great cup of coffee. NOTHING IS BETTER!!

I'm 😭. I legit hate work now if I can't get a coffee in the morning 😭😭😭. Whyyyyyy!!!! I'm crying tears lol at my job early so I could get the nectar of the gods but I can't 😭😭. The store hours changed and most of us in the area are scheduled in super early and now no coffee in a convenient location 😭😭😭😭. I'm so sad I could throw a tantrum.

Katrina is always very friendly and knows how to make the Guest feel special and welcome what’s the coffee she makes you; phenomenal!

Came in on the way to Surf City for vaca and I'm not normally a Starbucks patron, (local coffee shops are my thing) but wanted a break from the drive. This place was great. I had my 4 kids with me. The big ones ordered their own "Big" drinks, but my youngest just wanted a water. The gentleman said, "Hey boss man, what kind of water do you want?" (And had a conversation with him) My little guy thought that was so cool that he treated him like a big deal.

Everyone was great and I would very highly recommend this location.

Nice cozy place with friendly and quick customer service. No drive thru but they have a nice parking lot for mobile orders in the back. Drinks were good and I couldn't ask for more 👍

Probably the most attentive employee I've ever met. There were three people in line in front of me. He knew them all by name. When he got to me, he said he didn't know me, and shook my hand and introduced himself. I was working at a table and he approached me and offered me a refill. WOW. great job.

Hands down one of my favorite stores to visit. Shelly and her team are top notch. Kayla recommend an amazing drink, and it’s become my all time fav. They’re always friendly, fast and correct. Sophie makes a mean matcha frap too. Love this store and all of its partners! Xoxo

I'm giving it a 5star rating because the staff was polite and my drink made to perfection... however this was my first time standing in line for such a long time for my order. Not enough people working for a Sunday.

Decent Starbucks very pricey and it was very nice.it's the kind of Star wars released which is really tiny and it's a good place for you to do homework and use your laptop and be hipster like it's a really good place for that they were East us are really friendly and I have never had a problem with the Starbucks I've been there like 3 or 4 times

Very skilled staff who are both knowledgeable and really fast with getting orders done. It can be hard to find a seat when it's crowded but one usually opens up after a little waiting.
