Wendy's

Nugs and fries never disappoint. The fries were the star of the show- hot and fresh. Plus the employees are MVPs for giving us a reasonable number of sauces for 20 nuggets. Top tier fast food!

I'll say this Wendy's surprised me. I've held the belief that there is no good Wendy's left in Louisville for awhile. Sometimes you get lucky at the Bardstown Rd location, but anything near Preston Hwy is a total bust. This location still has the old building, complete with the sunroom. It is well maintained despite this fact, because the place was very clean, the drink machine worked, and the bathrooms weren't terrible either. Food quality was just right. Burgers were the best you could get, fries were fresh, and nuggets fresh, too. Only thing this location would benefit from is more staff. The drive thru takes priority, so if you go inside to eat you will wait a little longer.

I live right around the corner and it's always pleasant to go to this Wendy's.The guy that takes our order is funny and nice always a pleasure seeing him.

This Wendy's finally had the specialized Frosty that I wanted to try. The candy cane Frosty is great or maybe it's called peppermint but it's still great. My only complaint was they forgot my sauce for my chicken nuggets. I got the spicy so it really needed some ranch dressing. Otherwise my biggie meal although all small sizes was very filling and I got plenty of fries in my small container. And in my opinion Wendy's has the best fries.

Love that this is probably the only Wendy's that is still serving breakfast. Their oatmeal is to die for. I actually stole my recipe from there. Food is fresh with pretty smooth service. If you go, try the oatmeal!

Got some lunch for me and the grandson today at 12:45pm. Fast service - I was surprised how fast the line moved. Smiling service and THE BEST Wendy's Double I have had in several years! Very pleased. And grandson's chicken nuggets were perfect. He LOVED his lunch time today!

They have long waits but that's understandable no workers some but they work hard and they never mess up your order good food good service I love this place

Best Wendy's in East Louisville. Great service and food the way you expect it - hot, fresh, well prepared. Easy exit with dedicated traffic light.

Wendy's food is so much more complete and flavorful than other fast food places

Great burgers, fries and most of all the Frosty shakes. The Drive Thru gets really busy most of the time. So if you have time, I’d recommend going inside and placing your order to go if that is what you. Want if in a hurry.

The restaurant could be kept cleaner indeed, and the restrooms seem to hardly ever get cleaned.
The Employees seem nice and friendly and also care to insure that your food order is correct when you receive it from the counter.

When I pulled up I was like man this line is long they are going to mess something up but much to my surprise the reason the line was long is because the food was fresh. I mean I bit into the burger and immediately should have waited because my mouth was on fire. The fries, the burger, the drink, the nuggets were all amazing. Go to this Wendy's everytime you want a fresh burger.

The burger was so fresh and high quality it could of been used in a photo ad. The young gentleman in the drive-thru was as pleasant and polite as I've ever met.

I love Wendy's chili with a dolop of sour cream on top! It's always the right temp to eat and though I like spaghetti in mine, still it's good without the pasta. A small size with baked potato makes a perfect meal!

All natural, fresh meat never frozen. No artificial flavors or colors, chili made fresh daily and menu items cooked to order, extra virgin olive oil for the fries and sea salt. What else can I say but yes please.

Brenda was very nice. My husband said the haircut she gave me was better than any I had gotten and I've gone to 3 of Louisvilles top.

The Jr. Cheeseburger was delicious! But, what was more impressive, was the young lady in the drive thru that took my order. She was very nice and polite, which is rare these days!

Service was excellent and expedient, food was immaculate( apple pecan chicken salad x2, spicy chicken sandwich[last minute request] and of course the homestyle fries)

Our visit was very pleasant. We ate Dave's Doubles that were quite flavorful and juicy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No fries. Management error. However the under staff was awesome in accommodating for a substitute of higher value at an equal price.

Good food and good service. I hope your company pays these people minimum of $15 per hour. Could you imagine doing their job for any less?
