My family, like many others, completely relies on the USPS, particularly the Placerville branch, for assistance with our small business and for purchases of medications and other items. Even though the customers around us can be extremely rude to the workers, we have always received kind and considerate treatment. We value and thank you for your contributions to the community. Cary and David, you two rock!

I have always been treated with courtesy, and have received help when I needed it. No social media compare to a card in the mail!

Both for business and personal items, we think our little post office rocks! Phil and I have been going here for years. Always familiar faces, good service, and even proximity to home. Compared to post offices in the Bay area or Manhattan, we all have it pretty darn good.

My wife and I operate a small business. It is our goal to operate this business by providing 5 Star Quality Products and 5 Star Quality Customer Service. Our customer in Placerville, CA believed he did not receive his USPS Priority Mail package from us. Upon an in-depth investigation, he actually did receive that package. The in-depth investigation required Angela and Andy (two Placerville USPS PO employees) to go above and beyond in their duties. They were speedy to attack the concern and they were speedy to communicate their findings back to us. They deserve to be patted-on-the-back! We appreciate this kind of service. They always remember my name and are so quick to grab packages for me. They’ll even recognize that there was something that came in and hasn’t been sorted yet but they’ll grab it quick to save me a trip the next day!

I had a package show up at the Placerville Post Office that was supposed to go to a different Office....the Post Master checked and checked and finally found it and is responding it to me!! Very awesome! Thank You!!

The people are nice and try to help you out as much as you can.

Always professional, and polite.

This is the only post office near my area open on Saturdays, so I have used it over the years on that day. The counter staff is always helpful and friendly, and the lady that helped me today was very friendly. I appreciate that effort.
