For a smaller post office, they have excellent service and all the services. The people that work here always go the extra step to help out, especially when picking up large or make packages. Mail for the PO boxes are processed quickly and always the same day.

They're great and friendly and they always send you a letter on your p.o.box when your payment is coming

The staff here is so nice and personable! With how much we ship it's nice to walk into this location and always see a friendly face. They know us by name and are always so willing to help.

Unbelievably, the best service from a Post Office ever! I had a certified letter sent from this Post Office to another in the same County, who delivered, but did not get a signature, which was very important. Pam researched, contacted the other location, followed through, made sure a signature was obtained, after the delivery, and took care of business. Thank you Pam, you went way above and beyond, thank you!

I've had a P.O. Box here for years and I have never been treated poorly. They are always kind and on top of everything. Yes sometimes they can get busy but just take a deep breath because the world doesn't revolve around you and things will be ok. Alan is the nicest guy ever and the rest of the people are nice and helpful too.

This is the best post office that I have ever dealt with. Always very friendly and smiling. They go out of their way to make a pleasant experience for everyone.

The worst. #1 this older man was very rude. And strange. Every time he asked me a question. He made this hmmmm sound. Twords me. It was rude. I asked to get my mail. But don't have the key. My mail is sent to my grandmother's po box. We both have the same last name. He tells me to get my ID out and he will go looking his list if the name matches the po box #. Well I tell him what my name on the ID said. He looks at the list and clearly hmmmss and says " thats someone's else name on here . He could of asked me what the name on the list was as well and I could have told him but no he just wanted to be rude and give off this negitive energy. I can not pull the box sorry." He said. Clearly he could have went opened the po box and see if my mail was in there. He said "your going to have to come back with a key to open it. How in all. Am I suppose to come up with a lost key dude. So if I can't get my mail. And I miss something of mine that's important. I am going to sue for with holding my mail from me. He didn't even really step up to counter and take my ID back and see if name matches the mail. In the po box I gave him. So one more attempt to get mail and if not find a lawyer. Also I had order a key and the man refused to let me get it after I had ordered it. So I want my money back or the key and my mail. Thank you.

A. To deliver mail/packages!!!
This post office returns my on-line purchases, without even contacting me because I don't have daily mail delivery!!! They made NO attempt to deliver my packages, leave a receipt on my door telling me to come down, or even calling the phone # listed on my packages!!! When I learned (from Amazon) about my returns the post office lied & said I had an expired Forward Address!! Worst post office EVER!!! DO YOUR JOB & DELIVER THE MAIL/PACKAGES!!!

The worst. Locks doors at 6pm. Sat at 1pm. Sun locked out. If you ve paid for expedited or next day shipping and need it on that day don't get it sent here . I was told by staff they do not process todays mail until the following day . I know this to be true because multiple times I've thrown a fit and they've gone in the back and brought me my parcel while throwing a fit of they re own .I paid a hundred dollars for a year for a po box I can barely access. Due to the homeless problem they say.

Drivers from this office can't be bothered to get out of their vehicles. Packages wont be delivered in the rain and they won't try again the following day. You paid for 2-day shipping? Too bad. This office is by far the worst I've experienced. Postmaster notified yet it continues. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

Extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I called because tracking on my package said that it was leaving the facility, but then later that day it arrived there again, over and over. So I call, they straight up refused to provide any assistance, told me to wait for the package, and before I finished even talking, they hung up on me. Horrible service.
