I asked Phil for refrigerator magnets. Phil immediately produced some examples of magnets. He attached a QR code and linked it to my website.

I have been with Mt. Mail for several years and without a dought the best service I have ever had. Everyone knows me, they all are very helpful. The very best mail service in the area includung the US Post Office.

This place is great, I've had a business account with them for several years I have boxes shipped to them and then just call and they label them and ship them anywhere I need them to go. They treat me like family.

Very breakable item being sent a long distance so double boxed and extra padding. Package arrived quickly and with no damage to the very breakable item.

I've been a customer here for 13 years, through several different ownership changes. I rent a mailbox (and receive a ton of packages), and sometimes also use their shipping services. The current owner is by far the most efficient and professional, and he has made lots of upgrades to the place and the services offered. He has been willing to go the extra mile in terms of customer service, too, which I really appreciate.

I always use this business when it comes to shipping large, unusual packages that I cannot package myself. Philip is always kind, prompt, and professional. I was a little short on my shipping fees, as the item ended up being quite strange, and Philip offered to help bring the fee into my budget. I was able to get the money to only partially take him up on his offer, but this place is THE place to go for all your shipping needs. A+ 10/10 from me. I won't go anywhere else.

My wife and I have decided to use mountain mail anytime we need mail services. They are amazingly friendly and helpful. They ship out Amazon returns from several carriers. They are a great example of how you get better quality and service by shopping local.

Also, while you are in there, you can buy a woodworking kit from JT Birch Woodworking for the kids. We have purchased a bird house kit and keepsake box kit.

First time ever sending something off in the mail this way (photo albums ), had one of the most easiest pleasant experiences ever I wished I would of gotten the young lady's name the five stars definitely goes to her. My visit was yesterday Saturday August 12th. To the Owners/ Management please take the time and let her know how great of a job she did

There are only a couple of places in Placerville where you can ship a Fedex package (as opposed to just dropping it off prepaid). You have Office Max or Mountain Mail. I stupidly went to Office Max first today because it is a little bit closer to me. What a waste of time. The line to ship was a mile long, the line wasn't moving, and there were just not enough employees there to help me. I left without anyone even acknowledging my existence.

I decided to drive the extra mile to Mountain Mail, and I'm glad I did. The shop is more accessible (better parking and quicker entry and exit), NO LINE, FRIENDLY and COMPETENT STAFF. My errand was done in a minute. I should have gone there in the first place, and I won't make the mistake of going to Office Max again.

I searched many different websites online including big-name Etsy for a particular Gatsby themed invitation and could not find anything that matched what I had invisioned for my special wedding day. After closely working with Brenna, She was able to design the perfect invitation for me that was cost-efficient and beautiful! Not only did I have an amazing overall experience, but I felt that I was valued as a customer and not just another number for the business. I highly recommend them and if you ever need design for special invitations, ask for Brenna!

My family has an antique baby bassinet that every baby since 1929 has slept in. Our newest family member is due December 2020 in Hanford, California. Mountain Mail packed and shipped this priceless antique from Placerville to Hanford. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. We are so happy that we shipped through Mountain Mail.
