I've been in there 4 times for various things. Customer service was good til I had a problem. The post master was rude and dismissive.

The ladies that work the front are definitely angry, miserable people and feel it's OK to talk down to others..Pathetic souls

Collection of condescending attitudes. I know they have it rough, but they look you in the face and accuse the customer of already picking up a package when the customer visits three days to find the package they notified the customer of. Two times the large gentleman told the customer someone just picked that up???? I think it's obvious they gave it to someone else. Allowable mistake? Certainly. But you don't accuse the customer of lying. And to think it was only a $20 plastic filter wrench. Wow people! It's obvious they refuse to admit they make mistakes.

Update: After Christmas, they found the package and admitted they delivered it to a different address. They did not apologize for calling me a liar. Just more unprofessional behavior from a government agent, surprise!

Sent a package for Christmas, the gift was never received by my friend, but she was told that the post office did receive the package but perhaps someone else has it??!!! So they have given the gift I sent to someone else and what are the chances that person will kindly give it back?! Oh and they don't know who of course has it... Not happy about it.

If I could give zero stars I would. This post office has the worst service and the employees including the post master are rude and unhelpful, and they take no responsibility in their bad service. They don't even care, and it shows in the way they handle the people they serve.
They constantly deliver packages to the wrong address. They choose not to deliver packages to my home because they don't want to come down my driveway so they won't leave them at the mailbox either. But it's random it's like they pick and choose what to leave. In the winter they left my packages out in the rain and snow and I had to have the items replaced because they were books that were wet and ruined.
This week I had an item that shows delivered and that it was put in there mailbox. It was not. I called the post office. They told me my tracking number was not correct but if I put it in on there USPS tracking it works and pulls up the order. They told me to call the company to find my package. It's not the company's problem it's the post offices problem
Again no help not responsible.

Thus office will not deliver to our address because they claim we are over .5 miles from a main road. Our property line is .5 miles but our driveway is .5.5. Now that's the way the US postal service works I guess that's why there are so many 1 stars

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst, absolute worst service I have ever had. Whole neighborhood complains. Wrong mail delivered, all the time, packages left in full view of road, late mail or missing mail and today completely wet mail because carrier stuffed the mail box so full with soft packages half fell out the back. Ward, the post master does nothing when issues reported. If a box did not cost so much with UPS I would never have them deliver again

The postmaster gets paid way to much for a petty bureaucrat, try finding him on a Friday after noon, it won't happen. He protects the notoriously laziest and worst carrier in El Dorado...they continue to play games not delivering up to my house even though we no longer have an outside dog

Like the majority of all other Post Office workers, the staff here are very rude and provide false information. Very unhappy we have to deal with this unprofessional behavior regularly.
