Exemplary professionalism, workmanship, and materials came into play bright and early this morning to rectify yesterday's water heater woes. Carter and Scotty arrived promptly at the scheduled time, made a thorough assessment of the scope of work, and got busy! Repairs and replacement were completed in a timely and professional manner. Ryan Akers was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed us several options available to us with no pressure whatsoever. Was very informative and happily answered every question we had. Followed up with us after a couple days of going over the information he provided without ever being pushy.
We decided on a Linux system because of the outstanding warranty that goes with it.
The installation team of Huntley Spencer and Ty arrived in a timely fashion on the day of installation. They were always courteous and friendly. They did not rush through the job but worked diligently until the job was complete with excellence. They were very thorough and clean and took time to answer all questions that we had.
The owner even stopped by to ensure everything was being done properly and to our satisfaction and answered any questions we had.
The installation was done with excellence even in the small details.

Best Virginia Heating and cooling installed a new HVAC system in our home in August of 2024. It was great experience from the estimate by Ryan, the extra visit from John and the whole team who worked so hard on an extremely hot day to get our system installed and running for us. Outstanding service and quality. I hired Best Virginia to fix a socket on our bathroom vent that had the base of a broken bulb fused inside the socket. Ryan M. was able to get the socket free and working again without having to replace the vent, which would have been a nightmare since it is in the first floor ceiling behind drywall. Ryan was right on time and very professional. He wore foot coverings in the house and cleaned up all debris after performing the job. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! The technician Jacob that serviced my unit was informative, helpful, and kind. He took the time to talk over options and provided receipt and pictures of the unit/work completed while still in my driveway. Awesome company!

This. Company is great!! They are always so professional, kind and clean! I’ve had them out for many jobs! Jarron is such a nice guy! We recently had Huntley, Spencer, and Ty out to install a new AC system! They were all such nice guys. They were very professional and thorough. We had an all-around fantastic experience with Best Virginia. We called and spoke to Heather on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning, Matthew and Brady came to assess the unit. They took pictures and actually showed us and explained why our system needed to be replaced. Robert came Monday evening to present us with new unit options. We called on Tuesday with our decision and we had a new system installed on Wednesday by Jacob, Logan and Zack. It was an all day job, but when they left, they cleaned up everything perfectly. We had a small issue a few weeks later, but Caleb came out the very same day I called and now we are good! Every single person that we dealt with was very responsive, professional, and respectful. They always gave us a short window of time in which to expect their arrival and they always texted and called prior to actually coming. They were always prompt! We appreciated that they wore shoe covers in our home at all times and I felt like everyone that we encountered was very knowledgeable in their field. After working with multiple hvac companies in the past, I would highly recommend Best Virginia over anyone else!

Communicating with Best Virginia is easy and painless, and they are very good at getting back to you quickly. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and nice. They are also extremely quick at service, whether it's a project manager coming to meet with you about your options or getting a unit installed. They are truly Best Virginia :)
UPDATE: Stephen, Bronson and Clayton installed two mini split units in my sunroom yesterday. I'm completely satisfied (ecstatic) with the units and the time it took to place them. I also can't say enough about how professional, informative, and polite these 3 young men were. I would recommend using Best Virginia for your HVAC needs.

Great detail checking everything and found the problem right away. Ryan and his helper was both knowledgeable and great guys. Fast response time as well.

Matthew and Colton were excellent from start to finish. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes and when inside the house they covered their boots as to not track dirt inside. While here they even noticed another minor but important efficiency issue and made a quick fix. The invoice and many photos were emailed to me. Very pleased and will call again.

Jacob was professional, kind and courteous. He isn't the only technician we've had at our house. Every time one of the techs come out its always a pleasant experience. Everyone is super friendly and very upfront. We love the up front pricing and honesty. The techs are also very thorough. Id definitely recommend Best Virginia to my friends, family and strangers alike.

Jaron from Best Virginia did a super job. He came to our home and provided an estimate with several options for us to consider. He answered all additional questions we had very professionally. He is super polite, knowledgeable, and creative as well. The installation was very professionally performed. They arrived on time, completed the job, were neat and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Very pleased.

Logan, Jacob, and Zack installed a new HVAC system at my residence. They were very professional and extremely hard working. All work was completed in one day in a less than desirable crawl space environment. I am very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend this team.

I can't say enough good things about Best Virginia. From consultation to financing to install the guys at Best Virginia made the whole process easy and painless.
I had the install yesterday. Logan and team did a wonderful job. The worked quickly and efficiently and we're very respectful of my house. I especially appreciate them being mindful of our pets and making sure they didn't escape when they were coming in and out. An all around 5 star experience.

After our AC stopped working during a 100 degree heatwave, John was able to fit us in quickly and Matt was our technician! In a few hours we had cold air circulating and finally got set up with an annual maintenance plan (that we’d wanted to do anyways). Matt showed me photos of the issue(s), explained everything, and provided a quick quote. Thank you all SO much for the quick, efficient, and reasonably-priced service!!!

Stephen was great from start to finish. Polite, professional and knowledgeable! I had HVAC and hot water tank replaced today in about 8 hrs. All trash was removed and they put down plastic on my vinyl flooring while they worked. Stephen, Clayton and Bronson worked together well and got the job done. They also showed me what I needed to know and answered questions I had. Best Virginia... supports the name!!

After a little hiccup John proved to be a wonderful businessman! Cole in the office is super polite and William has serviced our units on both houses and has been great each time! Greg cleaned our unit while he was in training at our old house and today he came to our new house and replaced the top of our unit extremely efficiently and by himself! It was great to see him again because his customers service is absolutely fantastic!
