Came in to dine in. This place is amazing, Newley built and well maintained the stuff is friendly and for this area you have high maintenance people living here just blessed to have bread in our area that’s freshly made every night. God is all about breaking that bread and just need to show you how to LOVE people and not pick on the little things in life. Enjoy the moment. It could be worse.

Always a great place. My husband goes so often as a sip club member that they always have his order ready or wave to him when he goes in. Great employees. Anytime we’ve had an issue (never anything big) they fixed it, no questions asked.

Thank you Nathaniel and your staff for a great meal. I ordered online and picked it up at the drive-thru window. My order was ready in a timely fashion, accurate, and well prepared. I had a small bowl of chicken soup and I was so pleased to see it had plenty of vegetables and chicken and was not just broth and a few noodles. My salad looks picture perfect and I can't wait to enjoy it later as well!

In a time where customer service is lacking, I found Lori at the register to be wonderful. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable on the products. Kudos to her!!! The restaurant is beautiful AND the order was correct and pushed out quickly. Food was great! Keep up the great work and this place will be a continued success.

Sip club is the best decision I have made in the past year.

Went the day after ice-pocalypse and they were super kind, fast, and the food was great. I’m not way into chains but today changed my mind on Panera, especially at this location. You can tell it is exceptionally well-run.

There is a lovely manager named Pam who works there. The location in Madison off Zierdt road. I just left the restaurant like 30 minutes ago. Pam, if you ever see this, THANK YOU!! You know what you did and I really appreciate it. 😌 There are really good people in this world! 👏

The food is delicious and is usually done pretty quickly. I love the baguettes that come with the pick 2. Overall I'm very glad Panera came to the area.

It's a Panera, you've been to one, you've been to all of them. The staff here makes a the difference, friendly, answers questions without making it seem like you're ruining their day by asking them. Quick to check to see if something is out for the day or not.

so excited this location is finally open! picked up my mobile order in the drive thru today and was greeted with a smile and good energy. definitely going to frequent this location :^)
