I have been there several times now and the customer service is amazing. Very fun, upbeat atmosphere. Food is good. I will continue to go there.

Been waiting for TB to open and after my initial visit today i have to say the wait was well worth it. Service and food was exceptional went through the drive thru with zero hassle and minimal waiting. Hopefully this establishment sticks around. Thanks for opening a location here

Only car in line, super fast service, but the employee seemed very robotic with his greetings, not rude but typically not the greeting you'd expect in customer service. Did not ask if we wanted sauces. Overall not a bad visit for my first time there.

Both times i ordered they messed up the order, often even forgetting multiple items. To the staffs defense they refunded me both times at least. I get it, when your in a rush and you have 12 people in and out it gets hard to remember everything but holy f this is ridiculous.

Definitely another place in Berlin that won’t last. Mismanaged. Walked in. Ordered on the kiosk. Informed they were out of beef. 20min wait. Which was fine but odd. I ordered something else. Was then told it’s gonna be a wait because they had a full drive thru. Lobby items were out of stock. Currently with me their 1 for 3 as far as being a decent experience.

It was my first time at this location and I ordered a chicken enchilada box and a bean burrito. I didn't receive the burrito.. Plus I donated 89 cents to support the students.. when they don't complete your order someone doesn't get fed.. won't go back

Food was just ok. We ate inside and every table was dirty. Had to ask to have a table wiped off and we were the only people there. Overall not very clean at all for a new restaurant. Won’t go out of our way to return

I placed an online order at 11:05 am, it took nearly 40 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered a power bowl, the lid wasn’t on, it spilled in the bag, there was no fork or napkins. We ordered 3 hard shell tocos, two of which were broken and the third was fine. We ordered two orders of chips and cheese and only received 1 order. The chalupa and Crunchwrap we ordered were fine, but 1 drink the lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled.

Horrible people behind the counter, no one at the front talking to people, all online or electronic ordering, forgot an item on my list, had to wait 10 min standing at front before someone finally came up to me and I proceeded to ask probably 4 times if anyone could help me and no one even looked my way. Very disappointed.

Second time here, second time missing items in my bag through the drive thru. Also, very slow service. But the lady at the drive thru was nice.

Hardly any meat in our tacos. Didn't give us one of our tacos. Pretty ridiculous for the price. I don't know if they need a new manager or what. Good luck staying in business. We are done.

I had to wait almost 20 mins for my 4 items. Three food items and one drink. With an empty restaurant and one drive thru order.

Always a long wait. This is my third time going through the drive through. They have given me someone else's order two of the three times. There solution is for me to come back in to wait even longer to get the order i paid for. By that time most people's lunch break is long over. Hire more people so that can keep up with heavy traffic.

Ringa ding ding used to be great 1st week open. But not anymore Mr. Ringa ding ding is actually very rude to his customers. The chalupa was hard and food was cold. Mr. Ringa ding ding didnt have sauce packets out so we asked for some and people who eat in the restaurant is only allowed a few! Wow yeah i will go else where from now on.
