Taylor helped our family out during a very difficult time with a sudden death in the family. He is trustworthy, objective and professional! Addie, Finley, Karen, Melissa and Mark have been extremely patient with my spouse and I for years. We have asked for maintenance help and any understanding with death following our families now on both sides…7 years in a row. There really are no words for this type of grief. RPM Deluxe has honored and extended grace to us in so many levels and we are grateful for all of them and we have and will always recommend them to others. Mark is the best tech for maintaining property value we have met, and we have been renting property since we were teenagers; now in our 40’s. We cannot say enough about these hard working diligent individuals. Unique to include Tenant Benefit Packages, reporting to a main credit agency that boosts our hard work in always paying rent early. Life changing people for us!!! They can be trusted.

Great company to work with, it's nice to know if you have any problems within your home that you're renting it's always taken care of in a timely manner. I've rented for a few years and only needed maintenance a couple of times and they were always very polite, on time and professional. If you're looking for a place a would recommend RPM

In the process of a long distance move and both Dee and Addie have been so wonderful! We're older ,so not always up on things like FaceTime and Venmo but we got things figured out and Dee videoed pics of the house! Will be so excited to get there and thank them in person! We purchased a home last summer with the intention to rent it out for 1 year before relocating. We were new to the whole ‘rental thing’ and stumbled across RPM in Baxter. Taylor, Addie, and team have been extremely patient helping us navigate through this new adventure. They have guided us through everything from getting the house ‘renter ready’, determining rental rate, providing guidance on maintenance requests and most recently dealing with a difficult situation with our renters. It has been assuring to know we have the RPM team working to navigate through the messy side of owning rental property. We sure are glad we found them. The rate we pay for property management more than covers the headaches we would have faced on our own. Would highly recommend this company!

We have had the best rental experience with Real Property Management. I have been working directly with Karen and she is wonderful. She is very efficient and kind. She has even checked in to see how we are doing in our new place. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our transition has been pleasant. My family and I had lost our house in a fire, and we were extremely worried about being able to find a place to rent, and what I was finding were places I was not willing to put my family in. Looking online there was barely anything available especially for a four bedroom house. I found a house that I did like and that’s when I started working with RPM Deluxe. The house that I liked was not available but less than a week later they got back to me with a different property that was just as nice. This company was a lifesaver, and I couldn’t have been happier with how professional they were and well how well put together their properties were. You could definitely tell they cared about their renters.

Karen has been amazing to work with - she made the whole process so easy and low stress. They found us a spot that fit our needs - even with two larger dogs! - so quickly and have been very responsive & helpful with all my questions! Maintenance is fast and friendly. We’re very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Karen was amazing, she showed us the ins and outs and really listened to our needs when we were looking at properties. She was honest and up front about every property. We even got a welcoming gift bag when we moved in. Karen gets a 5 stars but the property itself would be a 3 as there were multiple things found when we moved in that need fixing.

Really liked working with Karen, she is super helpful and kind. Went out of her way to show me all options and gave great recommendations to me on what was available. Prompt and professional. Super pleased with my new home! Excellent experience all around!
