My Grandfather, Grandmother, my Moms brother, and now my mom rest peacefully here. I have never had a bad experience with this place, the cemetery is always clean, beautiful looking. Services are beautiful and they truly make the most hardest day of your life, just a little bit easier. I highly recommend this place as I know it is a perfect place to let your loved ones rest. They will be taken care of here.

I would like to say Thank you to Cathy Williams at the Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery for guiding us through the process of the interment of my wife. She was so kind and considerate of our needs during our time of grief. She took her time with us to make sure that every thing was to our liking. She also made sure that that the staff member handled my wife's interment with respect and kindness. Without Cathy's professionalism and caring personality. I would have been lost. My daughter and I cannot Thank you enough for being like part of our family. Keep up the Great work.

I had a very pleasant experience at Michigan Memorial. Jack Catton is the man who helped me purchase a grave for my husband and I. I wanted to be in Charity lot where my sister is buried and he helped me pick out a grave there. My husband died on
February 2024. I am having his Memorial on Saturday and burying his ashes then. I would recommend Jack to anyone, he makes your wishes happen. Jack is a very nice caring man.

Have several family members here and have never had anything but great service. One night we were stopping by and ended up getting a popped tired right at closing time. The man that was there to close up was so helpful and didn't even try to rush us, even tried to help! The grounds are always well taken care of as well. Beautiful place to take a walk.

Nice facility to share times with loved ones. Every day is a gift... Good Grief: Sixty Days with Sixty Poems helps many cope and develop healthy habits. All proceeds teach kids time management and financial literacy.

My husband and I just completed our pre-planning with both the funeral home and the park.

What a comfortable experience we had with Jenna. The anxiety we had with our end of life planning, face it we all have it, was relieved. Now our surviving spouse or our children will not have the burdon with what we may or may not have wanted. Everything is already handled.

I greatly recommend that everyone consider ple-planning. The kindness shown by the staff towards our questions and concerns really put us at ease.

The 4th generation owners, Kelly & Heidi, keep finding unique ways to celebrate life. My favorite is Be A Tree & the Butterfly Garden are cremation options that adds to the natural beauty. My family is laid to rest here and will be in the future.

Jacob and the rest of staff are very caring, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We've lived in canton for 10 years. Not familiar with this part of the state, I could not find a Catholic cemetary that I really liked and that got good reviews. My daughter's in-laws told me about Memorial. They have everything all in one place. My son and I went there and were able to plan my husband's entire funeral in a couple hours. The funeral home is beautiful. The florist is right there. We got the Army casket, Black lacquer with gold fixtures. The Army logo was inside the lid. A huge cemetary with 40+ sections. There is even sections that are concentrated for Catholics. We had a beautiful military funeral for my husband. His flag draped casket was taken to the gravesite by horse drawn caisson. The costs were reasonable too. Very patriotic cemetary. Everyone, including his Army buddies thought Michigan Memorial Park was military cemetary because of all the flags everywhere. Many people just go there to walk and ride bikes because it is so large, beautiful and peaceful.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Steve Shelton and the staff at Michigan Memorial Cemetery. During some of the most difficult times for our family Steve has made sure that our requests were taken care of and our questions answered. The staff here is very compassionate and kind. We have felt like members of the same family and our loss was also their loss. Several members of my family and my husbands family have been laid to rest here. Each time that we have laid a loved one to rest the attention received to each detail has been remarkable. Recently my husbands twin brother passed. The marker arrived at the cemetery two days before his burial. Steve Shelton and Lois made sure that his marker was installed at the grave site before his burial. There is a beautiful chapel here that I go to. I sit and listen to the water from the fountain and reminisce. I couldn't imagine going any place else.

I can’t say enough about Michigan Memorial Funeral home. They took so much worry and stress off of my shoulders during a very difficult time with the loss of my mom. They pay attention to every little detail and truly treat your loved one like family. I had the honor of working with Quinn who was the kindest sweetest soul imaginable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was done. She took such great care of my mom and treated her with such kindness , I will never be able to say thank you enough. The planning was effortless with everyone coming to you for plans and arrangements. They care about their business and it shows. Impeccable service. And I cannot recommend them enough.

Jen was the kindest person to talk to during my time of need. She helped me understand the whole process which brought a priceless amount of comfort.

Julie Lyons did a tremendous job handling all the arrangements for my father's memorial and burial. Our family has worked with Michigan Memorial for more than 45 years -- excellent people! I am a retired Pastor, so have worked with cemeteries and funeral services quite a lot and Julie is top of the list when it comes to service, excellence, and compassion.

The team at Michigan Memorial is exceptionally kind, thorough, compassionate and professional. They were everything we needed when we needed them. Jacob and staff made an incredibly difficult time just a bit less stressful.
They truly know their business and guided us through the arrangement process (without applying any pressure from a sales standpoint) every step of the way. We appreciated everything they did to put us at ease and honestly, they were instrumental in helping us to honor our loved one in a respectful, dignified and beautiful manner.

Caitlin and everyone we encountered at Michigan Memorial were just wonderful. They were kind and compassionate and always available to help with anything we needed. They made the most awful time of my life just a little less painful. It was as stress free as possible and would highly recommend everyone to this facility.

Rebecca Scott deserves 10 stars. She went out of her way in every area, ensuring I understood everything that would be happening and everything went exactly as I wanted. I would also like to recognize the other staff members as they were all very professional and accommodating.

We used Michigan Memorial funeral home recently when our mother passed away. They were very professional and caring. All of our requests were met with courtesy and attention to detailed. The kindness they showed did not stop at the funeral. Caitlin has checked up on us even afterwards to see how we are doing. I would highly recommend them for your loved ones funeral.

Sadly, our mother and father passed away in 2021 and 2022 within a year. They lived in TN for over 30 years but expressed the desire to come "home" to MI for their final resting place. Mom and dad are resting peacefully at Michigan Memorial Park, as other relatives, including their parents, are as well. We are so grateful to Dave and the rest of the staff for making this sad time of planning as efficient and easy as possible. The park is beautiful and we plan on visiting again soon.
