This is one of my favorite locations....
The food is always fresh and tastes amazing no matter what day or time I stop by and whether I dine in or take out, super friendly and helpful staff.
I will continue to choose this location over any other!

Taco Bell is usually just Taco Bell. But Flatrock Taco Bell? It is no mere TB. No my friend, it is a culinary experience. Your food will always be fresh, fully loaded, and warm from this lovely establishment. Never will you have a stale crunchless shell, long wait, or incorrect order. The staff will greet you with kindness, patience, and a genuine sort of attitude that screams “hey! I don’t hate my job” that you just can’t find at other taco bells. Just go to the FlatRock Taco Bell, experience the brightest fast food star in all of Downriver. And try the black beans if you haven’t, because they are pretty darn good.

This Taco Bell review is for the one on Pelham in Taylor its the Best! We go here all the time because they #1 are Very friendly #2 Never once has our order been wrong! And we have a big family sometimes with orders up to $30! #3 All the condiments and napkins Are always in the bag. Its a great plus when your not missing a straw or a napkin or whatever comes with your food. #4 Last but Definitely not least It's Clean!! So go to this one if your in the area you won't be sorry!! Oh and don't Forget to duck when going through the drive through and also They are hiring!!

As a Dasher. Communication has never been a issue. Wait time is 50/50

Always friendly, always fast. The freshest Taco Bell food I've ever had. It is always good and I enjoy stopping here.

To sum it up: I am a regular here, I know this Taco Bell, staff is friendly, the food is great, rarely any issues.

I've been coming here for years there's been some changes and some negative people but as of now I absolutely love this Taco Bell. It's my favorite location no other location can top this. Everyone who works here as of today is super friendly (but it's fast food so you know they have to keep up with appearances) I have almost no issues with the food only real problem is if you order quite a bit sometimes they'll forget some certain items or they'll make your food wrong but I wouldn't hold it to them Open pretty late in case you are hungry randomly at 3:00 a.m. which according to White Castle is like quite a lot of people.

New Cheez it tostada now so good it just crumbles wish they would bring back regular tostada.

I am not usually a Taco Bell fan but our recent visit to the Flat Rock Taco Bell changed my mind. The Mexican Pizza I ordered was delicious. Our grandsons are vegetarian and the gentleman who took our order made sure to let us know that part of our order had beef. The dining area was very clean and our food came out quickly and it was all hot. We will be back!

I have to tell you guys about the service at this Taco Bell. I get to Flat Rock about twice a month when I pick up or go to visit my son. Today (3-9-2023) we stopped at Taco Bell about 4:15pm. The place was fairly busy and the staff was the typical high school student staff you find at a fast food restaurant in the afternoon...However, they were anything but typical. I had a large order, I had a special order. It was delivered inside of 4 minutes, it was hot...it was fresh, it was correct and the crew was as friendly and service minded as any fully adult run shift in a sit down family restaurant.

FANTASTIC JOB GUYS. Thank you for the excellent service! You all deserve raises! I will be back.

This is the best Taco Bell Downriver. They always have my entire order when others in the area are always out of something. There are 2 other Taco Bells close to me but I choose this one above all others

I love the Mexican Pizza and the Nacho Fries, and I have never been a Taco Bell fan. The Flat Rock location is always clean, and the staff us usually pretty good.

I have been going to this taco bell for well over three years now.

I often visit this location and also doordash it. It is always amazing. I place my order on the app so it gives the staff a bit of a heads up to prepare when i’m on my way, i’m always greeted with a warm welcome and when i get to the window it tends to be super fun, i bring my pug with me a lot in the car and the workers, especially an older woman at night i’m not sure of her name but she LOVES my dog and it warms my heart! they all absolutely adore her, if i have to wait (gosh if ever at this location) we giggle over my dog and they make me feel super welcomed to just be there. It’s an amazing feeling especially when i often get taco bell after i work all day, and haven’t eaten. The kitchen is QUICK and i mean QUICK, i can’t even remember the last time i had to really wait for anything. Not only quick but precise with your modifications and pay close attention to items. i have never, ever had a wrong item/incorrect item from this location they're that GOOD.

Not to mention their ability to coexist so perfectly with doordash, i have never had an order arrive so fast. they plaster your name in sharpie on your bag so that it’s virtually impossible to grab the wrong bag as a dasher. The location is perfection for me so it tends to come 6-7 minutes after i PLACE the order!

Overall i think this location is amazing, the staff is really, really, really nice and wholesome, and they genuinely seem to care about you, especially the repeat customers.

At first I was frustrated because I was waiting a very long time but when I received my order, I was presented with an apology and accommodations that I was not expecting. This is the best service I’ve experienced in a long time.

This taco bell is phenomenal! A great place to come to with kind staff. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first child and the staff were kind enough to let me come in to quickly use the restroom at 8am despite the lobby being locked. I understand this to not be the norm and a once off thing but appreciated the human compassion. Corporate should be proud of this store my breakfast was made with love as well 😍☺

This location always gets my order right. Online app makes ordering simple, and can do it ahead of time...its taco bell food...

I did an online order for pick up and it showed that it was for the flat rock location and after I checked out n paid it said riverview location. I was very frustrated but the staff at the Flat rock location helped me and my order was ready very quickly. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

I've never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. Even when the line is long, it moves. Order has always been right. And I don't know if it's the training, but the employees are always really polite. 2 thumbs up.

I went to the drive thru and the service was fast, friendly, very polite customer service and the food was hot to go with a smile...

Food was great. I had taco supremes. Service was outstanding They brought the food right out to our table. We could actually dine in and not have to eat in the car. The place was quiet. Clean and yeah I’m going back. Well done TB.

Fast Service, Friendly Staff, and Good food. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck try their 2 dollar burritos. Delicious.
