My boyfriend has put up with this place for a while , they decided to hire a HR lady just a few months back. And out of one of the best workers they even said there self they have they have let him go twice. Since she’s been there, there are things they have let slide way too many times with others. He was told he was aloud to use a company phone and 3 months later they decide to fire him for it because he had it but they knew now he had it. He was out of work one day this week and they texted him for the phone he said “ I’m bringing about to leave court” and he brought the phone straight to them in less than 25-30 minutes. He gets to work the next day and they fired him
For the phone now and looking for another job as in a better paying job. I see nothing wrong with that. Then the HR blurs out Clyde’s personal business in front of others. In there hand book it’s says no bullying that is bully talking about my kid and his child. Then she wanted to call the cops when she wanted to act hard. Ps I used no rascal slur towards her about her color but it’s crazy she’s aloud to be out of her character at HER WORK PLACE. When she was simply mad because I said “how is it “consider” theft if the COMAPANY SAFETY PERSONAL GAVE PERMISSION 3-4 months ago. And still had knowledge that he had it because she message him on the phone on when to bring it back.
