Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Store was immaculate. Staff was helpful and available, yet not pushy. Justin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. If I'm being honest, I'm not any easy customer, I ask A LOT of questions.

Wife and I were window shopping for our first visit to Tyson's and stopped in a bunch of different stores. We weren't ready to make any decision right then and he gave us our space and told me that he would reach out if the set up we were interested in went on sale.

He did just that. Answered all my questions via email and made himself available when it was convenient for us. Spent a good sum, but saved a bunch too thanks to him. He even called 2 weeks after the purchase to check up on us, see how the delivery went, asked if there are any questions about the purchase and reminded us that if for any reason we were unhappy, the 90 free trial is available.

For us, this is the personal customer service that we miss when going furniture shopping. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service from him. So glad we drove way out there to go to the store as opposed to an authorized dealer.

We had a great experience with Reggie. He asked about our current mattress, what we liked/didn’t like, and showed us multiple different mattresses that might fit our preferences. Reggie was able to describe all of the different features of each mattress and base to us so we had all of the information we’d need to make a decision. He also described the pricing of the options we liked best and wasn’t pushy at all with making a decision. We were able to easily walk out with the knowledge we were hoping so we could talk about what we liked/didn’t like and make our decision on our time. We also loved that they provided protective coverings for us to test out all of the mattresses. Added the extra touch of feeling cared for and valued as a customer.

Opal was amazing help when I came into the store at Tyson’s corner mall! She made sure we were comfortable and explained all the features of the beds. She was able to answer all our questions and was extremely friendly! Would definitely recommend!!

He also has a great personality and sales attitude that includes no pressure no problem.

Stopped in just to learn more about what’s available. Skyler spent a ton of time with us, answering are multiple questions, making us feel really welcomed and valued even though he knew we were window shopping. Such classy service in a wonderful store with multiple opportunities to try out all the mattresses to find one right for us. Bonus points for being the only mattress store we visited that offered protective covering for when we laid in the bed.

Opal was a great guide as we are searching for a new bad for our home. She was knowledgable and answered all our questions. I felt she was honest and worked on offering us the best deal.

Great place to try out mattresses! We were helped by Skylar and he went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed. It is a bit pricey, but it is definitely at least worth trying out this store if you are looking for a new mattress.

They were highly knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable trying out each mattress. Their approach was very personable, and they never pressured me into making a decision. In fact, they encouraged me to return multiple times until I found the perfect mattress. Shopping here was a much more comfortable experience compared to other stores like Mattress Firm or Mattress Warehouse.

Phoebe was amazing. She provided a walkthrough on the different beds and presented the all the features with the bed I liked and allowed me to play with the features myself. I’ve never really been interested in Tempur-Pedic but after leaving the store today, I’m a #1 fan
