The Brewers Cooperative - Huntsville

I went there in a Saturday lunch time, and it was really calm . The service was good and the people there were really nice. Explaining me the different options to eat and drink . I am not going to say it’s cheap because it’s not , but it’s really worth it. Inside of the building you can play pinball and pool. They have also free board games that you can play with. We really spent a good time there.

We had lunch there last weekend. It was quiet and not busy at all. I got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and my wife got the Ruben with mac and cheese. We both beer. Overall my food was good, a little salt on the burger would have helped. The fries were good but next I'll get them without Old Bay or just get something else. My wife loved hers. The beer were good, we always try something new at places like this. The lady that took our order was very helpful with our choices.

Went at lunchtime today and while I didn’t expect it to be a seat your self/order at the bar type deal since I’ve only gone on the weekends or for dinner, it was a great experience! We had our one year old with us so the quieter restaurant and zero wait was awesome. Food arrived quickly after ordering and everyone agreed that it was excellent!

Love the vibe of this place. The fermenters and and kettles right on the the main floor is super cool. Staff is super friendly and give off this wonderful air of hopefulness and courtesy that does well to disguise from the near dystopian society we are all trying to survive through.
Anyway, fantastic food, amazing beer from a very good selection of local breweries, and awesome people.

I didn't try the food at this location. The brewery overall is huge with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The beer tenders did a good job as well. I really liked the pool table and pinball games as well as the corn hole boards. There is an awesome mural in the restaurant which covers the entire wall. Great selection of craft beers from multiple brewers. I like this location a little more than the guntersville location. Overall they both get a beers 🍻 up from me. The Tallulah tangerine and good people muchacho are excellent.

The Brewers Cooperative has a vibrant energy with a good selection of local craft beer on tap! Their cocktails were great and pairs well with the appetizers. Our order was quickly received even when they were short staffed at times

Had lunch for first visit to BC and was very pleased. The burger was great and the Caesar salad with chicken was very good too. Good lunch, and service was great. Enjoyed the patio dining.

We had the best server tonight. My daughter had a new stuffed animal and our server even brought the bunny some lettuce and something to drink. The kids menu was good and we all enjoyed our food. I hope we can get her next time because that server was the best!

The food was delicious! We came for lunch and ordered the Co-Op Burger and the Corndog. The service was great, the building is clean, and overall a great atmosphere. 5 stars!

The Brewer's Coop is an exceptional venue for casual dining and social gathering.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and responsive and the room is large enough to easily accommodate gatherings of 30+ people. Plus, the beer is plentiful and continually varying as local favorites and new additions rotate in and out.

Highly recommend the co-op street tacos, grilled cheeseburger, farm berry salad, and choppin' block -- the perfect sized appetizer for a meal.

Visit Brewer's Coop for lunch or dinner, order a Brew Haus Pretzel as an appetizer and enjoy a beer in a rustic, spacious, family friendly setting. Prost!

We’ve been here several times and food has always been very good! Love the burgers, salmon, and soft pretzel. Love all the beer options!

Great Environment, Great Food, and Great Drinks. We sat on the patio, and had great service and plenty of room. We had people unexpectedly join us and they were great about accommodating us. It's a good size patio and has room for large parties or small groups. We walked through the inside loved the decor and the large bar - selections was impressive! Plus they have wine and mixed drinks - so it's not just a beer place. Definitely a great place to gather with friends and co-workers. The individual breweries of the co-op have great selections on their own, but you must try the collaboration brews! I'll definitely be back soon.

Reading other reviews, it sounds like they're working out some kinks, but my 1:00 PM lunch was great. I had perfectly cooked salmon on my salmon sandwich, with tasty onion rings. The salmon was cooked all the way through, which is how I prefer it, but was still moist. There was a nice crispiness over the whole salmon too.

They did a special grilled chicken and fries option for my mom, who needed something gluten free. (There were other gluten free options, but she really wanted chicken and not salad.) We both liked the chiptole mayo a lot.

They were out of a few things.

Edit: I had dinner here for my mother's birthday, and it was a real treat all around. The fried green tomatoes were excellent! They were cut thin and had a nice vinegar sauce with the bacon, goat cheese, and aioli. The tart tomatoes contrasted really well with the cornbread breading. Definitely recommend them.

My mom's steak was cooked just as she asked. I noticed another review had a problem with the steak so I made sure to get a picture of hers. She enjoyed it!

Went for dinner with some friends last night. Great atmosphere, decorations, really cool spot. Stovehouse really needed this place. Tried several of the collaborative beers and they were all excellent. Really liked the Electric Ale. Had the Charles burger and it was incredible. Friend ordered the old stove and loved it. Will be going here regularly. They have memberships which are worth looking into, will be signing up for one.

I visited this establishment on two separate Sunday afternoons & the food & service was amazing both times despite them being short staffed & having a crowd. I sat at the bar with a friend & the bar tender was super knowledgeable chill & attentive. It’s awesome that you can sample the beer before you indulge. This is my favorite restaurant at Stovehouse. 5 stars Fasho!

Went there today with my husband, the staff was super nice and friendly. We had two flights of beer ( all cold and nicely poured) and fried green tomatoes. The food was delicious and we are looking forward to going back there to try out more items from their menu.

I would love if they added a games shelf in the future though..
