I've never had a problem with the service at the Toronto post office since moving here in 2017. I mail letters, packages, and certified mail, mainly to Hawaii, Colorado, and Oregon. The lady who delivers mail to my house on county Rd 47 provides excellent and friendly service for my wife and me.

Nothing but good experiences with Toronto USPS.
I moved and forgot to have mail forwarded, and one of the carriers put a change of address kit in my mailbox with a note. Thank you so much

About the only service provided there is buying stamps. I went to get paperwork for a passport and was sent to Steubenville. You know because having a stack of paper laying around....

Need to post phone number not the automated machine it doesn’t even understand what I’m saying and been trying for over an hour just to get on the phone with someone there

2023, don't get all our mail. I never get (mail) papers saying I need an interview for some place and then they cut us off and I never knew I was supposed to do an interview. Lost three boxes from someone in the mail sent in 2022 two different times and they said they weren't able to track it. Something is fishy inside Toronto post office. I hope they get fixed.

Have mailed hundreds of items per month here for 15 years. Until today service was excellent. Today it was incredibly horrible due to a clueless rude clerk and an equally clueless new Postmaster who advised me completely incorrectly on best practices to mail my packages. Avoid this cesspool and go to a real post office.
