I had to ship my golf clubs unexpectedly on a trip home. While passing through Follansbee I stopped at the local post office to prepare my clubs. The staff inside were very helpful, they helped me find the proper packaging and best way to ship my clubs to make sure they made it home safely.

The customer service at this location is horrendous! I wouldn't recommend because half the workers need attitude adjustments. I was waiting in line to ship a package, and an older lady was working. She was being blatantly rude to an older lady in front of me. This customer couldn't read the font when Shipping her item, and the employee was scoffing and getting upset at her. When I asked her if she could tape my box, she had an attitude and said "you can pay for the tape over there" I left, as I was disgusted with her behavior. I wouldn't recommend this post office for anybody. I only decided to use this post office because my business is down the street from them, but never again.

White headed and beard guy is the most unfriendly and odd customer service person I've EVER encountered. Put him in the back if he can't be nice.

I have never been treated with such rudeness and attitude every time I'm in there and to the mailmen, mail boxes have doors on them for a reason, my mail is always wet and ruined constantly
