I had a very difficult driveway job that was tough to access, and even tougher to find someone willing to call back or do. Ken called me back very quickly, was quick to come out and look at the job, and was very straight forward and honest. I'm a contractor myself, and have worked with a lot of second homeowners. One of the things I value the most when I'm not there to watch the job is good communication. Ken was excellent, calling regularly to keep me up to date. Hard working, skilled, good communication, and does what he says he will. Doesn't get better. Ken will always be my first call when I need an excavator in Roxbury.
