McDonald's

We haven't eaten McDonald's in a while bc the one in our town isn't good. The service isn't good and the food every time makes my stomach hurt and sick.
But this location was excellent! The food was really good. It did not bother my stomach. And the staff is so polite and on point. Ty

Stopped by for a quick meal while on the road. There was a line in the drive thru but it went quick, our order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh!

My first time visiting This Clayton flowers location. I was a bit surprised that it wasn't that busy. The outside was very clean and they have done well with maintaining the new look of the restaurant. The young lady who came to my car was very polite and friendly. It's obvious that it is owned by the same people who owned the one in Clayton highway 70, it operates with the same professionalism.

Ok, so I work 3rd shift, and I take my lunch break at 6am. Not many places open, and my work vehicle doesn't fit in the drive thru. Today I done the mobile order option, and they were able to accommodate me by letting me stand at the door and bring it out to me. You guys rock! Food was got, came out fast, and check the size of the chicken on this bisquit!

Congratulations to this McDonald's!! All y'all have NEVER gotten my order wrong! This is not a small feat as I have 5 kids and they all have their special requests.
The service is fast and good.
Oh, and the fries are always fresh and hot!!

Considering the staffing situation during this stupid pandemic season, the team here was able to get our order quickly and correctly. Just need to give them a little friendly reminder for straws and utensils.

I went to this location this morning, my receipt time was 6:21am, I was looking for a name but I could not find one on the receipt. I just wanted to say the staff member who was at the window and on the intercom who served me, was so friendly, respectful, hilarious, and uplifting for the morning, it was such a pleasant experience, probably the best experience I ever had. It really pumped me up for my long 12+ hour work day at the hospital, which is often unpredictable and can be stressful. It really started my day off positive and in a great mood. It’s the little things in life, and I really appreciate that. People under appreciate the fast food industry, and they can provide a-lot more than just food service. So thank you to whoever served me this morning, if I have the opportunity to meet you again which I hope I would love to thank you in person. You provided me a lot more than just my breakfast. Thank you.

Have only had great experiences here. I order in the app and do curbside or drive thru for pickup. The employees are always nice and the food is always hot and good. (I mean it IS McDs so my expectations are probably not super-high...but still!)

Okay so I just went and got myself breakfast this morning and they were very on point my breakfast sandwich was very good hash brown was crispy and I will return. They have stepped their iced coffee making game up to❤

Great deals with the app. I'm always surprised that my order is right here. Many fast food places get it wrong. This mcd's is always on point. Pretty fast service if you avoid the rushes. Food is fresh and hot. Service has always been friendly.

I love McDonald's but I must say this is the 3rd time they have left out items we ordered. We ordered through door dash and then switched to Grug hub and finally Uber eats (we order once a week for family movie night....and this is my kids go to choice of food). The bags are stapled shut so I don't think it's a delivery issue. Now that it's happened 3 times in a row with all different delivery services, I'm certain it's the fault of McDonald's and I'm starting to wonder if the missing items are on purpose.

I’ve been a few times since opening because I’m excited to have a quick option to eat nearby. Everything else is a 15 minute drive away… and that sweet and sour sauce is TO DIE FOR! Each time I’ve been, I’ve been nothing but satisfied. The employees are exceptionably nice and I’ve received exactly what I’ve ordered every time. It’s a shame that some are leaving subpar reviews for a brand new business. I think most of the reviews would be 5 stars as well if more people were encouraged to leave one! Visit a few times before you post and remember that just because you had a bad day doesn’t mean it’s a bad business. :) Thank you, McDonalds at Flowers Crossroads, for bringing more job opportunities and good fast food with exceptional service to our area!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again - this is a BEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The staff here is great, the manager is awesome, and the food is always good!!

I will have to say that when this McDonald’s just got here, they were trash, service was slow and not up to par! But recently I’ve been several tubes and service was amazing, food came out quick! Assuming they just needed to work kinks out! Great job McDonald’s!

Great location for fast and accurate order

McDonald's at Flowers has excellent customer service! Specifically, Parker Wood is affable, demonstrates a high level of positivity, is attentive and demonstrates a genuine interest in interpersonal relationships with customers. I frequent this location and Parker has developed a strong rapport with my family and I. He is exceptional and makes each visit memorable for us!

Stopped in this past weekend for breakfast. Ryan took my order. He was very polite and moved the line along quickly. Store was clean and food was served hot.

McDonald's can be hit or miss now a days. My girlfriend got the fish sandwich and it wasn't anything like it us to be. We know this is a corporate development to the sandwich so I couldn't see giving a reduced rating for something not the stores fault. Corporate really does need to figure things out and stop making bad changes to make the food cheaper.

Had the steak, egg, cheese bagel. It was delicious 😋. Love my mocha frappe and I had one of them also.

I don’t understand people that take time to leave bad reviews for “new” restaurants. It’s common sense, it takes time to work out the kinks! They work hard & the employees are so nice. I got the best quarter pounder in town here!!
