I am very excited to be getting a new swimming pool built by Neway Pools. It has been very easy to work with Brandon in making sure I was able to get exactly what I envisioned for my back yard oasis. My pool compliments my existing patio and have exceeded my expectations. The guys were also able to build a retaining wall in my front yard to help stop it from erosion, and improve my home's curb appeal. I now LOVE driving up to my home and admiring how beautiful everything looks. Thanks for a Job Well Done! Neway Pools!!!

The whole process went smoothly, crews arrived as scheduled, and the whole project took only 5 weeks!!!
They bring their on dumpster, and they kept my backyard clean, nice and neat during the whole process, from building the pool, and adding the outdoor kitchen, everything moved along quickly without any delays.
Our backyard is not to big and Brandon was able to provide a pool with plenty of room to swim and an outdoor kitchen where we can hangout with out family and friends. And the best of all, affordable prices. My family is extremely happy with the end result.

Groundbreaking of the pool was on February 2nd. 6 months later and we are still dealing with issues regarding the pool. Lots of false promises and wrong information from the salesperson. He was let go in the meantime from what I heard. Damaging to the business I guess. The pool was finally done in late April. In May our house started flooding whenever it rained. It wasn't the pool overflowing; it was the lack of a drainage system that should have been put in. Our yard is weirdly shaped. Building the pool created a little gradient towards the house. We inquired about a retaining wall prior to groundbreaking but were assured it wasn't necessary. After the pool was completed our kitchen and dining room were underwater. And that, as mentioned, every time thre was heavy rain. We were told they would be coming back and put a rain barrier in. Someone did come back and put some boards up at the questionable spot where the water seemed to leak in to the house. If that would stop the flooding they said, they would come back and install a rain/water barrier. This still hasn't happened. A few days ago, I noticed that the grout is damaged in several spots. It looks like it wasn't applied properly in these spots. I don't think there should be holes in the grout not even 6 months after completion.

After their salesperson (as above mentioned) messed up, the owner made an appointment with us came to our house for damage control and to offer some consolidation. He offered, that they would sponsor the sod around the pool. I thought that was a nice gesture. They however didn't bring enough sod to cover the entire yard. So, there was a strip towards the fence that wasn't covered, about 10 feet wide I would say. I feel, if you offer to take care of that, you should take care of it all the way and not just half a*s take care of it, but I could be wrong.

Anyway: I love the pool, it did turn out great (apart from the damaged grout areas that is), I'm glad I have the pool; however, I could've done without all these issues. Maybe it was just bad luck and they are in general great. I would not recommend them though.
