Shane's expertise, patience, and dedication to ensuring I received the best service possible were truly impressive. Tavontae was the best ever!! We didn't wait more than 5 minutes. He was very patient and informative on EVERYTHING. He helped use activate everything connect our watches. He showed us how to use all the apps and best way to use everything. Best service ever

Dom (Dominique) is the person to ask for at the Gulfport location! He is courteous, polite, and has an above and beyond attitude. As an iPhone 7 user I needed to get caught up and my transfer to a 15 plus was smooth and flawless. Thanks to Dom, we are now saving more money on our account than before. Dom even answered some of my questions by answering his work phone on his day off. That’s the kind of dedication every employer wants. Thanks Dom!!!

Customer service was great ! The worker who helped me (Crystal) was very nice, attentive, & went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. All of the workers I talked with (crystal, Keith, & the other man wearing 4's) knew what they were talking about & did their best to provide me with a helpful experience. I left feeling very satisfied with the help I received and would definitely recommend this location to others. They're quick & get the job done. 10/10.

Upon entering store the rep. was able to assist and solve my problem with in minutes of finding the source. She was very resourceful and knowledgeable of the customer’s concerns. She involved her manager as needed quickly not to keep me waiting. I was very satisfied with the service given by Amy L. X10

Crystal Sherrod was amazing. She helped us every step of the way. She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to upgrade or start a new line or switch to AT&T, which we absolutely love.

Dylan did so great! He got my account set up with no issue and got me a great deal! He helped with the transfer of service, getting the new phone activated, getting all my accessories, and even putting them on. It was a very easy and pleasant visit and will be returning for the service.

Shane at the Gulfport AT&T location was a very good sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about everything and worked hard to meet my goal for my visit.

Mrs. Amy was very helpful and she was very professional. She definitely has great customer service. She knows what she’s doing and she is going to get you the best deal. If you go here ask for Mrs. Amy. I got two iPhone 12 Max Pro. I love my new iPhone.

Seth was prompt in greeting me, addressing my issues, and solving my problem! I had a product in mind that I wanted. Seth informed me of new products, but respected my wish for an older model phone and did not pressure me. I appreciated the efficiency and even had time to shop after!

We scheduled an appointment with Shawn and arrived 10 minutes early to find him waiting eagerly to help us. We were there approximately 3 hours, switching from another carrier, purchasing new devices and accessories and allowing him to work some magic in the numbers. Now, that 3 hours wasn't because he was not working quickly. Shawn made us feel like family. He reached us on personal levels, assessed our needs as people, not customers. I look forward to being a new AT&T customer. We were tremendously impressed by the customer service and welcome received by Mr. Shawn Necaise. I left there with 2 new devices, several accessories, a minute amount down and a monthly payment even more affordable than my previous provider with insurance and extras I didn't have with the other company.

WE LOVE KATIE !! She was awesome!! We were in and out in less than 30 mins. Her energy was just amazing.Oh yeah, can’t forget John, he kept us company for a sec. You guys rock
