Four Seasons Pools

Nice pools.

My parents had Scott put a pool in for them probably 10 years ago and starting at year 3 it because problematic. Whoever Scott had do the brick border used a wrong mix or something so the bricks started detaching and falling into the pool. Scott came out and did a patch job once but every year new sections keep falling in. (This shouldn’t happen at the 3 year mark. At the 5 year mark, the entire concrete decking on the back side of the pool started washing out and settling. The concrete dropped around 5 inches to where you can see the side of the fiberglass pool. Scott wouldn’t do anything about this problem because he said “it was normal settling” NO he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t backfill properly. Now we are at year 9/10 and the other side of the decking has started falling in. My parents will be needing a Complete redo of the decking. We’ve had other pool contractors come look at the problems and each one has said stay away from Scott
