We have been coming to this office for over 5 years, with shipments going out regularly and we’ve never had any problems. We are always treated positively and with as much speed as possible. It’s great to have this office so close.

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and speed of the Granger USPS considering its a holiday Saturday at 1:30 pm. The line was long but quick and the associate (Phil) who helped me was very kind and professional. There was a time I would go out of my way to go to the Osceola branch but that is no longer the case. I especially appreciate that Phil seems to really enjoy his job and it surely shows in his customer service expertise. Thank you, Phil—-welcome to Granger and Merry Christmas!

I've been using this post office for years, with good, friendly service. Sometimes the lines are long, but that happens at most busy places. One thing they do extremely well, is taking care of the building and grounds. I've been there in the winter and the snow and ice is always removed from the sidewalk. In the summer the grass is always very neatly cut and no trash laying around. The inside is well kept too. Floors have a nice shine. The lobby always looks the same, nice and neat. A month or so ago, I ran into a young man who was working outside and stopped to compliment him on his good work. What a pleasant young man! He said he does much of the work inside also. He told me his name is Greg. Well great job Greg! Keep it up.

My experiences at this post office have been overwhelmingly positive. The staff has been courteous and helpful. I sent three packages recently to an APO overseas with customs forms required, which I had never done before, and the clerk was patient and helpful every time, making sure I had everything correct so that the package would make it to its destination with no issues.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. Not once. If there is a line it moves fast. The employees are always nice.

This is a friendly and efficient Post Office with respectful and hardworking employees. I have ALWAYS been completely impressed and satisfied with all my visits there, and with the mail carriers also! Caring everyday...but especially when I went through cancer treatments in 1998 - 2000, and when my husband went through his cancer and treatments 2008 until his death in 2010! And they are still good to me AND my neighbors! Always a wave and a smile!!!

07/21/2018 - had another great experience at this local post office. Today I was taken care of by Shane. He made sure I had my item that
I was sending to Alaska in the right packing choice. With his help I was able to send it out the most economical way with the shortest delivery and tracking. Will definitely continue to comeback to this location.

This small but busy post office has some of the friendliest employees. They are kind, efficient and recognize regular patrons. I've been going to the Granger Post Office for over 10 years and have had a good experience each visit.

Top notch employees! My son had several care packages to send to APO/FPO addresses (deployed military) during the Christmas season. Knowing this process takes a bit to complete they dedicated an employee to assist with getting everything squared. Every employee had similes, supported each other, and offered suggestions to help lower the costs associated with sending the packages. Couldnt be more happier with the service!

I would give Sue and Mitch a 10 Star if possible..
Today my sister Jeanette and I received above EXCELLENT Service.. The post office should be proud of these 2 employees..

They went above and beyond to help us get a special picture of an odd size, packaged so that it would arrive undamaged to my brother-in-law in Maryland.

Again I would like to say THANK YOU....

No line and the person behind the window wrapped my package, taped and put address sticker on.. Easy Peasy

Had a rough couple of experiences at this post office, I’m so happy I didn’t give up! I finally called in to get some direct help and thanks Myria and Mary Ann I finally got the help I needed ! Thank you ladies so much for your time and help !
