Pre made goods are delicious, however when I needed a birthday cake their customer service left a lot to be desired. Called ahead to see what I needed to do to make sure I had the cake I wanted and was told that “they always” have those in the case I didn’t need to order to just come on by. I did and low and behold they had none of the cakes I asked about. I was told there I should’ve ordered one. Which makes sense and I would have if the lady on the phone has asked me for my order. Instead she brushed me off and said there was nothing to worry about. Their goods are quality but disappointed that you can’t trust their employees to help you.
