McDonald's

Haven't been there in forever, they had the special last weekend, 6.99 for large 2 topping. So got a couple and was very impressed. Definitely back in my top pizza places , good job

I've been door dashing for a few weeks now. I've met some very kind good service workers and some jerks. I've been other McDs locations and they act like you don't even exist. The manager, Megan, at the location acknowledged immediately. I witnessed her with her employees and she was positive and gracious. If you are going to give money to this company, go to this location. They deserve your business.

The staff is friendly and facility is clean.I order ahead on the app and chose pick up at the countet and the order is always ready by the time I get there.

This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I pulled up at 10:59 because I’m not from around here and didn’t realize they closed at 11. And the girl taking or orders/at the window was easily the sweetest person ever. She still took my order and then when I got to the window, I wanted to pay cash and the rest of card (my total was about $5.60 something) and I handed her the $5 and said can I do the rest on card and she said “Oh I’ll just take the sweet tea off for you.” So I got a free sweet tea because of her. And then when she handed me my food, she said “I gave you some fries too.” (I didn’t order fries). When I looked in the bag, she had given me a large & medium fry.
Anyway, great customer service from at least what I got to experience. This girl deserves a raise because she was so kind.

This McDonalds always has fresh hot fries. Maybe bcz it's so small and sometimes you will wait- but I'd rather get fresh food ANY DAY, than tired stale food thrown into a bag and flung out the window. Skip the McD on Graham or Kent Rd. Come here and enjoy your fries and hot pies.

For some reason their new style apple 🍎 pie tastes a lot better than the old style pies. It was really tasty with my vanilla milk shake! And I'm lovin' ❤ it!!

They have a strange policy on orders they mess up. It seemed like they thought I was trying to scam them, or something. I was a customer for over 8 years, and both times I complained it was a bad experience. That doesn't include the countless times I got the wrong order, and just ate it!
Edit: so this location made some management changes and improved greatly. After neighbors told about the change I decided to give them another try. Glad I did! I am changing my one star rating.

The service here was very good. My order was perfect, and even though I wanted lunch and arrived quite a bit before lunch began being served, the woman at the counter was so warm about asking me to wait that I ordered a small breakfast snack to munch while I waited, and then ordered my kunch as well. Everyone was very courteous, and I didn't mind the wait one bit because of how friendly the staff was about it. McDonald's can vary widely when it comes to service and staff, and for me, friendly interaction really matters. Would definitely go back to this one!

You all are amazing, yesterday I was having a bad morning after I woke up early from a nightmare. On my way to work, I stopped here to get something in my stomach, but I didn't realize I forgot my wallet at home until after I ordered, and was pulling up to the window. Fully expecting to have my order canceled, I told the person at the first window, who really helped me out, and got a manager to comp it. You turned my whole day around, and I appreciate it so much! You all, are rockstars.

Want to put a big shout out. with five stars to McDonald's in Monroe falls. you have good staff. I was short on some change and this lady put her money out of her own pocket .in for me what a good person .All other businesses need more good people like this. stop by again today. What a great crew and management. wish other businesses would run the same. Life is good.

Not the worst place to go eat. No reason to expect anything fancy here, although it's fast, it's cheap and it's very accessible.

Short wait on drive thru when I went, card machine was located outside. I had no problems with my order. Drive way is a little difficult to navigate sometimes and I have seen drive thru super full often.

Foods always right and timely, I typically have large orders but everyone is still so friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

I rarely, rarely eat at McDonald's or any fast food place for that matter....but when I do, when I get that rare craving, I go out of my way to go to this one. I will pass 3 McDonald's to get to the Munroe Falls McDonald's. You will never be given cold fries. As a matter of fact, their fries are usually so hot (and salty) they burn my mouth which I love!

Our CharChar needed ice cream. Not to mention the girls needed hot fries and cold Sprites and me a small Frappe. All was very good happy customers.

Big shout out to the Manager and crew at the Munroe Falls McDonalds. After doing some shopping in Stow, we went through the McDonalds on 59. Three large drinks and medium fries. The two iced teas were marginal at best, but the Coke was beyond flat and was undrinkable. We were already on the move again, so we went through the McDonalds in MF (our go to) and they happily replaced the Coke for us. And THAT’S the reason they’re our go-to...great customer service!

Very busy place. But got my order fresh and hot. Manager was excellent.

I grew up on McDonald's. I remember going with my dad to McDonald's he loved pancakes and sausage break fast and coffee. My dad would go to McDonald's every morning. My dad passed on March. 17 1997. But my dad loved McDonald's every morning. And I like McDonald's alot to o.

So sad! The best McDonald's server anywhere passed away recently.
Betty will be missed by all her loyal customers.
