Very clean (restaurant, play place, and restrooms!), food was served hot, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall one of the best McD’s we’ve visited!

For a McDonald's they do a great job. Place is clean with a good play structure. Staff was polite, professional and pleasant. The cashier even compared a coupon I had against a special they were offering to see which would be the better deal. Service was likity split. I would shop here again.

6-25-18 Again, I love the self ordering kiosk. There are options available that I did not know about for customizing your burger and other good and drink customizations. Thank you to the people working here for fixing my dinner today. 👍👍

6-13-18 Possibly the nicest McDonald's I've been in ever. Love the large self ordering kiosk and that the manager came to help me with it and that you can Google pay at the kiosk. Very well done Mikkee dee.

I used drive thru. Very nice young woman working the window. I was asked to pull to the side and they'd bring out my food once done. A i asked for extra napkins and she made sure I had plenty.

Always great, fresh food with a great staff. Very clean. Best McDonald's in Cheyenne. This store has many older employees working here, all of which seem good to deal with. On weekend mornings a bunch of really old men come to visit over breakfast which is nice to see. Though prices are rising, the application deals keep the store competitive.

Lemonade was almost like water. Tea was way too sweet. Everything else was perfect. Fish sandwich had too much tartar sauce though.

Very clean quick and good food. I haven't visited this McD's before and was not disappointed. The staff was attentive dining room and restroom clean.

Today 2/10/22 the front end lady at 8am treated me like I was in her kitchen. Very welcoming and asked me to try my hot beverage in case it needed anything. The bathroom were clean and Smelled good.

For fast processed food you can't go wrong using the app for efficiency and quick service. Literally will go just for the fries.

The very nice lady came out from the counter to show me how to use the kiosk. I've used them before but she was being so nice I let her. Had a nice conversation with her after she helped another gentleman. The lobby is still closed for dining. Hope it opens soon.

The Employees are down right rude. Ghey will completely ignore you. One harassed my husband for getting water in his water bottle. Said he was going to call the police for stealing. Why work somewhere where you should be nice if you can't be?

This place is great! It has delicious food but it is junk food. Do not eat it 24/7 but besides that it is amazing! McDonald's has ice cream, pancakes, chicken nuggets, sodas, and so so much more!!! Though some people say it is to unhealthy so you know, they don't go. Your choice though. I hope I helped you, if I didn't a am sorry. I hope you had/have an amazingly wonderful day/night!!! Goodbye! Clean restrooms and restaurant. Food and service were good. Very busy and the staff were still friendly.

A pretty normal McDonald's. Nothing spectacular that sets it apart from any others. But that also means you know exactly what you'll get. Decent food at pretty good prices and consistency. Most of the staff are pretty friendly.

The night manager younger gentlemen is always awesome and makes Sure that your food is fresh. Being a bartender getting off at 3am its nice to not have dried out food
