Highly recommend! My husband had his parents wedding bands and two other gold rings, and wanted to make them into a bar pendant for a necklace so that he could wear them. The team at Brocks did an amazing job! They were even able to make a small heart pendant for our daughter from the left over gold. They are so nice, helpful, and truly care about their customers. We will definitely be repeat customers, and appreciate the care they took with something so special for our family.

We had a great experience dealing at Brock's! We wanted to shop small for our wedding bands and found them by happenstance. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are grateful for the time, effort and attention we received. Prices were also very reasonable for the experience and product. We will definitely be going back in the future! :)

Brock’s Jewelers did an awesome job repairing my ring. They have a good selection of jewelry as well. Very friendly and helpful team. I always try to use a locally owned company when I can and Brock’s is a great one to have around.

I needed a new pin put in my broken Citizen watch. They replaced it while I was there and waited. Very affordable option and much easier than having to return to Citizen and wait weeks for the return. While I was waiting I saw some really beautiful pieces of jewelry that I would love to go back and buy! I’m also pleased that they were efficiently staffed, even on a Saturday and were able to help people very quickly!

Best jewelry store in the Tennessee valley. Family owned and they treat you like family. Great selection and beautiful pieces. Had a piece designed that came out better than I could have dreamed of.

This has been my jewelry store since 2013! They have always treated me with respect and kindness. They go above and beyond for their customers and I’m always satisfied with my purchase. Well today, I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! I went there to get a necklace and as they were helping me, I started to get overheated and then felt like I was about to pass out. They immediately had me to sit down and offered me some snacks. As I’m sitting there I felt nauseous and I ran out the door and got sick all outside of the entrance to the jewelry store. They immediately came and started cleaning and gave me tissues, water and brought me a seat outside! They kept coming to check on me and making sure I was ok. All I have to say is, they didn’t have to do what they did but I am forever grateful. I eventually purchased my necklace but I am a forever customer! Not only do they sell fabulous jewelry but they honestly care about their customers!!

10/10 recommend Brock’s Jewelers. I stopped by to see if they we able to repair & resize my engagement ring. I spoke with Alan, who assisted me beyond my expectations. I was contacted multiple times with updates. Upon arrival for pick up, I was met with another extraordinary employee who obtained my ring and provided me with extra information about cleaning/check up. These guys know what they’re doing and are SUPER professional. Couldn’t recommend them enough. My ring was in good hands and in pristine condition when returned. Brock’s exceeds expectations!

The jeweler created a beautiful custom pendant by hanging my mother’s engagement ring (stone/setting) inside my grandmother’s wedding band that she shaped into a heart. It is truly a piece to treasure.

My mother passed away on July 4, 2020. There is a ring she wore every single day that reminds me very much of her. They resized it and worked on the prongs. It was half the price of the place in Huntsville that I went. Now, I look down at my hand and I'm so happy to see the ring perfectly placed on my finger! Thank you, Brock's Jewelers! For being affordable and doing high quality work!

Awesome service! I took my custom G Shock watch to have links taken out. I previously took it to another shop where they scratched my band and stripped the screws and claimed they couldn't do it. Kathy and staff did the job within 10 mins with no power in store due to storm. Also offered to replace other stratched links free of charge when power comes back on! AWESOME BUSINESS

Service was fantastic! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I brought in a less expensive but sentimental ring and they still treated it with so much respect. They figured out a simple fix that worked for my budget which I was so thankful for!! This was several months ago and my ring is still in great condition :)

I had a complicated 2-strand pearl bracelet with tiny silver beads break with pearls and beads flying everywhere. I brought everything I could find to Brock’s and the master jeweler did a beautiful job of restringing my bracelet after ordering more beads because some were missing. I also have Brock’s replace our watch batteries. I highly recommend Brock’s for quality jewelry purchases and repairs.

My fiance and I had a lovely time at Brock's! We picked out a ring wrap and had my engagement ring re-set. The jeweler and Kathy were both so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. They were kind when pointing out that the old setting might not be as secure as we thought. They showed us under the microscope how some of the prongs were not holding in the diamond on my engagement ring as well as it needed to and explained why all the prongs were catching on everything. They were genuinely concerned and ensured us that they would take good care of the diamond while placing it in a more secure setting. They gave us an estimate on when it would be ready and were able to meet that date easily. Upon pick up, they allowed my fiance to examine the diamond in its new setting under the microscope for himself. We were both very impressed with the craftsmanship and care that went into re-setting the diamond. The symmetry of the prongs is perfection and the ring wrap hugs my engagement ring flawlessly. I will absolutely go to Brock's again in the future for my jewelry needs!

We love Brock’s! We bought our wedding rings there almost 9 years ago. Great service, great prices. We recently went in to have both of our rings resized, Alan noticed my prongs needed some care, he took such great care of my ring, and made the proper adjustments. They have always been so helpful. Anything you need, Brock’s can do it. Highly recommend.

After my fiancee damaged her ring (purchased elsewhere), we found Brock's when searching for a place to have it repaired. They reshaped the ring on the spot at no charge and inspected/repaired the prongs for a small charge. The work was done well ahead of schedule and the results are magnificent!

Brock's is awesome! They take the time to help patiently, are very flexible with orders, have very competitive prices, let me browse as long as I want, go the extra mile to order multiple rings for me to choose between without charging me extra, and are happy to engrave and resize for free.
