The staff at Kay’s were incredibly helpful and accommodating! All of the ladies there were nice, but Sheila in particular went above and beyond by taking the time to teach me about diamonds. I went in knowing almost nothing about diamonds, and left feeling confident that I had made an informed decision and knew exactly what I was buying. The selection and service were great, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Everyone at the Madison Kay store has always been wonderful to deal with and very helpful! They've made my wife very happy, and the protection plan has literally saved us countless times. They always get repairs taken care of right away!

Ryan was the Kay’s representative who assisted me. I called ahead of time and asked for him when We got there. He was available and very personable and professional. Ryan was knowledgeable and great customer service . We purchased a man’s wedding band.

Everyone that works here is great. I've made a few jewelry purchases here recently but only in this store. Kim, Sheila and Alicia are very welcoming and attentive. I appreciate Kim's hard work to locate the bracelet i just purchased. They go above and beyond and I would recommend this Madison location over all others. I shop around before I buy and from now on, I'll only be buying jewelry for me and my girlfriend here. Not only because they have the best employees but they also always have the best selection on jewelry or where to locate the piece you want.

We only go to this location because of Kim and everyone that works there. My boyfriend recently just bought a beautiful Gold diamond bracelet for his wrist, a beautiful white gold diamond necklace for me to match my earrings that he also purchased at Kays. Everyone is awesome here, Alicia, and the district manager that is sometimes in there, and Sheila are super friendly and always outgoing. Kim literally went above and beyond to get this bracelet to Ace in a timely fashion. She is just a really Amazing person!! We love Kay's in Madison and we love Kim! It's always a blast to see her smiling face and talk to her, she has the best personality! And of course, we love jewelry!! We will be back!!

I was waited on by my favorite sales person (Sheila). She is always so kind and helpful. She is truly an asset to Kay.

I had a wonderful experience at this Kay’s! My husband and I went in looking to reset my wedding band. The lady was very kind but also very upfront about the fact that Kay wouldn’t reset my particular band because it had a soft gem in it and it was too much of a liability. We left to go ask a few other places, and ended up back at Kay to just choose a whole new wedding band (mine had been through a lot and really was not very sturdy to begin with). Both ladies (I think names were Kim and Sheila) were patient, kind, and made sure to work in our very specific budget. We were able to find a compromise where the ring looked VERY similar to my original and they were able to add a discount to get it closer to our budget. In the end, we did end up going over budget by $20 but only because we added the protection which is FOR LIFE and makes it so Kay fixes your ring if it gets broken or even replaces gems if they fall out. Additionally, we are able to “upgrade” my ring in the future and basically use the old one as a down payment. I would definitely recommend going in there if you’re looking for some jewelry, Sheila and Kim rock!

Great customer service! I went in to get my ring re-sized before my engagement photos. They were so wonderful and accommodating to make sure I got my ring back in time. They also went through all the steps upon return to make sure my ring was in good condition. Definitely recommend these ladies.

Very professional customer service. Went in to pick-up my wife's ring (resizing and welding). The store is really clean and the staff was very engaging from the moment I entered. The staff ensured the ring was properly rezied, the two rings were welded, and even let me know what other steps we could take if the ring still rolled on her finger. Overall, a pleasant experience.
